After completing a charity walk, we were ready to grub. One of the team members suggested this place in Ap Lei Chau since the walk finished in Aberdeen. Although they serve typical cha caan teng food, they do have several unique things such as the egg white and tuna on wheat. I quite enjoyed this combination and appreciated that it came on wheat bread instead of white. We also had a baked pork chop rice, chicken and pork chop rice with curry sauce, and cheesy e noodle with an egg. Everything tasted OK but it was exceptional and didn't stand out from any other place that serves these dishes.
The prices are very reasonable though so if you're looking for an affordable place to grab a quick bit in Ap Lei Chau, So Kee is a choice that won't fail. read more
