You select the food options you want and you pay by cash, credit card, or your octopus card. What's an octopus card you ask? Good question. It's a card that you use to pay for the public transportation in HK. Apparently, some restaurants always use it as a form of payment. Since I'm from San Francisco, CA, this octopus card is similar to a clipper card haha. Make sure you know what you're getting because the line moves quickly and you wouldn't want to be holding up the line. Once payment is completely, go inside the restaurant and lineup to pick up your food. You provide them with your receipt and they grab your items for you. This is an express food shop, kind of like Panda Express. It probably takes a minute for them to grab your items. I ordered K2 which included preserved eggs and minced mest congee, one egg, one egg roll, and some noodles. I paid $27.5 HK which is equivalent to $3.52 USD. The portion size was great for the price!
