A small spot in Tsim Tsa Shui, we popped in here to try some of their mango desserts.
The mango grapefruit sago is delicious, a great blend of textures (frozen slush, cold fruit, gummy sago beads, milk) and flavors (sweet mango and milk, sour grapefruit). It's a beautiful thing.
We also had the mango pudding. It's got three layers--mango mouse, mango chunks, and then a kind of jello-y layer. I don't like jello, so I didn't like this, but it all seemed terrifically fresh and was well flavored.
They have a big dessert menu, not just mango-based, and if I lived in Hong Kong I'd plan to come back to try the durian crepes and have the sago again. Good stuff. read more
