Victoria Harbour is a chain restaurant, there are three of them just within a 1/4 mile radius from the Prince Edward MTR Station. It is also a very typical Cantonese restaurant with a noisy ambiance, brightly lit and crappy service.
As far as I can tell almost every table including ours ordered the live Alaskan king crab. I guess the king crab is the main reasons why people eat here. Our was steamed and it was delicious because it was so fresh. Steaming is a cooking technique that retains all the natural juices of the crab, no sauce or any kind of spices were needed. The meat was sweet and tender.
The thing with Chinese food is that you order many dishes to share and it is very rare that every dish is cooked to your liking and this meal was no different. I liked the crab and everything else I could pass. read more
