In addition to fish calls, you can get beef balls, cuttlefish balls, wantons brisket & tripe, etc. alone or on 4 or 5 kinds of noodles. I came for the tripe. Cow stomach on rice noodles and plan wantons as a chaser & some morning glory as a veggie side. There is another "魚蛋粉" chain around town called 潮興 which seems to have a store on every other corner. This place is slightly more comfortable with more space between the tables, has a TV & feels cleaner. It's also 10-15% more expensive but I guess that's to be expected. I've only found a few places in the SF Bay Area where I live now that offers tripe so I have it every chance I get when I'm back in HK.
