Back to the shop.
It sells mainly noodles with a varieties of toppings of your choice including braised Shitake mushrooms, radish, blood cake and entrails; very local, very traditional. For snacks, they offer fish balls, shiumai, hawker style sharks fin soup (碗仔翅) and minced fish and lettuce soup (生菜魚肉) some very culture defining staples of Hong Kong street food.

What impressed me the most is their cook to order egg sandwiches. I have tried their egg with spam sandwich as well as egg with corned beef sandwich. It is at its best when the egg is not fully set and still wobbly, the spam pan seared and caramelized a bit; heavenly!
