This is a great hotel to stay when coming to Hong Kong. The staff is friendly, speaks English, and it is conveniently located near NTR. Bonnie the hotel manager does a great job.

Not only the hotel is spectacular, the view is amazing, it smells wonderful and its connected to several malls right outside of the hotel. 24 hours gym room, buffet, infinity outdoor pool, room service, everything was more than I can ever asked for. Did I mention the view on the 70th floor every night was breathtaking! We had some discrepancies with our hotel booking with Trips.com and it took several days and plenty of phone calls with the US trips.com and the assistant manager Ivan was not only professional, patient and understanding, he was what exceptional service is all about. I would return over and over again just because of the service I received by Ivan! If you're looking for a hotel that's got everything and then some, you will be in heaven every night staying here at Nina Hotel! 1000000% recommend 1000/1000! We'll be back for sure!

This is one of the tallest hotels in HK. Our room is spacious with nice amenities. It has a clawfoot tub if you want to enjoy a bath as well as a circular shower with overhead rain shower and handheld. There are no hooks in the bathroom, no drawers to store your clothes. There is adequate USB ports. You need to wrap the shower curtain around 360 for privacy. We had a spectacular view of HK. Nice amenities such as sauna and steam room, pool. Nice option if you're ok not staying in the heart of the city.

We arrived at this hotel around 10:00pm to check in and should be check out at 7:00 am the other day. I was so tired and would like to get into the room ASAP since my 10 month baby was with me and she was very hungry at that time. I have booked the room online already. So I thought the process for checking in should be very fast and easy. However, I was waiting for the guy who was checking me in for almost half and hour. AND THIS WAS JUST BEGINNING. He was busy working on the computer. I was confused and asked: why was this process so long even if I had a reservation? He told me he was checking on whether this room clean. "Are you kidding me?I paid this room online already. It should be clean and wait for me coming, right? " He did not reply me. And told me he could not find this information on the computer. He had to send someone to check. Ok. I wait. Finally, he gave me the key. I asked him: is this a suite room? He told me: yes, it is. But It was just a one bed room. NO living room at all. I did not enter and went back to front desk again. He told me he had to check if there was a suite room available. I have a feeling of being tricked. He knew that this hotel sold my room to someone else tonight and fooled me with a one bed room. So I requested to speak to his supervisor. He made several called by his cellphone and told me there's no supervisor on the night shift and even on the phone. So I asked" so what should I do? It seemed that you did not reserve this room for us even if I had paid it" " it seemed nothing you can do right now. All you can do is to take the room I gave you and make a complain In the future." He replied. I was totally angry. I insisted I won't take this option. Final, final, finally, he have someone clean a right room. It was almost 12:00am when I got the key. AND MY BABY WAS WITH ME AND SLEEPING IN MY ARM. I wish my experience will help you make the right decision. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. NO ONE IN THE HOTEL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF SOMETHING HAPPENED.

Nor space: tight rooms but totally ergonomic and logic, not surprisingly given how they have to maximize space. Working desk right under the TV, and the stool to sit on tucks right underneath the counter. My room barely had any walking around space, in fact, none of it, as even the luggage takes up the 'hallway space' to the washroom. Of course, only 1 person can be in here at the same time lol. It's located in Tsuen Wan area, which though it appears to be away from the main action, it's a busy burb area, and at the end (or beginning depending how one looks at it) of the Tsuen wan MTR line. Which btw, isn't a 5-min walk, unless you're sprinting! I say it's a good 10minutes as long as you're not stopping by the street to window shop. From the front lobby, it's a good 100 feet til you get to the stair case that goes up 3 flights of stairs before you get to the walkway going across the main road, through the mini-mall, which is already quite packed and busy, til you get to the station. Which btw is quite handy as usual, with a 7 Eleven and the cream puff, as well as another bakery. And it's safe: you can return near midnite, no riff raff walking across the street. It's your typical Kowloon area with working class retail and eating areas, no major designer label shopping. Free wifi. and loved how often they have the shuttle bus to/back fr airport, with well-placed signs inside lobby. Again, it's simple but friendly, professional staff. Just one side of seating on the left when you walk in. Overall, worth coming back again if I could get this for $100/night again lol.

"It's a dump." Those…read morewere the first words out of my mouth when we stepped into our room at the Cosmo. It's about the size of a large closet. The beds are less beds and more cots. They're comically tiny. When I lie down, my feet hang over the edge. The two beds are also frustratingly close together, so we actually wound up moving one of them entirely. We turned it around and shoved it closer to the bathroom. (To be fair, aside from being insanely small, the bed is relatively comfortable.) The room is otherwise really rundown and shoddy. There is virtually no storage space, so I'll have to live out of my suitcase the week I'm here. The cramped bathroom smells pretty bad, too, especially after you use the sink. I definitely won't dare drink any of that water. Another weird thing is the humidity of the room. It doesn't matter what you set the temperature to: you always feel damp. On the plus side, the WiFi is pretty fast. Ultimately I don't think I would've been so upset if the webpage hadn't been completely misleading. The site makes the Cosmo seem like a luxurious hotel, when it's actually about the caliber of a cheap roadside motel. The amount we paid for the room is much, much more than it deserves. What a scam.

I understand, but the stained glass windows to keep you out of the view of the cemetery doesn't help. Staff: The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The housekeeping went into our rooms and did cleaning when we clearly had DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging from the door. I was fearful we had valuable items stolen, but fortunately nothing went missing. The room: There's a bed literally 2 feet to the desk, bathroom, window, and closet. The room smelled funny and was located in an odd corner. Their bathrooms are updated and clean. I could deal with the cramped space, but see what we found that was beyond unacceptable: Under the bed sheet and on the mattress cover was a huge, dried, yellow URINE stain, smack dab in the middle. It has obviously been there for a very long time. Disgusting. After complaining, a front staff came to confirm the problem. She seemed unapologetic and not at all surprised, but she did have all the bedding changed for us. Horrible experience.
