It is cooked in a large clay pot which leads some nice crispy bits of rice. The fried scallop and spring onion provides a nice combination of flavors to the dish. Dried scallops are often too salty and overpowering but that is not the case here. The shrimp dumplings, rice rolls and chicken feet are also solid as well. There is a pretty extensive dessert offering so do save some room for dessert.

According to her, many places charge more than that for tea time specials. All the staff here are always so friendly and fun. Regular customers are like family to the staff. I visited again with my whole family for Saturday breakfast. The place is absolutely packed, so it is recommended to head there early or later to avoid rush hours. The dim sum was absolutely top-notch. My favorites are the fried rice rolls with peanut and sweet sauce, shrimp dumpling, and BBQ bun. I especially love the egg tarts there. Always fresh and super crispy and delicious.
