Last meal before leaving Hong Kong, and it was pretty decent. They had options of Pork, Duck, and more. For the price of $72 HKD it's higher, it's not bad for airport food, but definitely filling. The mixed pork option with ribs, Pork, and duck, there's a good amount of options. The meats were pretty good and they give a satisfying amount. Not mind blowing but above average. The cabbage leaves something to be desired but you're generally not here for the veggies or rice lol. Overall, it was okay but wasn't amazing like the Hong Kong food places.

Curry Beef Brisket meal with Lemon Tea

I'm glad this was my last meal in Hong Kong because it was tasty, fresh, and light. My has worked in the Hong Kong airport for many years and she swears that Tai Hing is the best value option for Chinese food in the HKG Airport. All their menu options are around $40-$55 HKD and their food is super delicious especially for that price. I ordered a Curry Beef Brisket meal with a lemon tea and the curry was super flavorful and the beef brisket was cooked well. I loved how light the curry was even though the consistency was thicker. It filled me up but did not make me too full which is perfect for flying on the airplane. The only minor complaint is that the Brisket was a little too big and I felt should be cut a little smaller. Other than that super super minor fallback it tastes amazing and did not bother me at all. The BBQ Pork and Rice Meal was also super delicious and fresh. The BBQ Pork is impressive for the price since many places prepare it wrong. It was the perfect texture and was not too dry, paring well with the sauce. That was also light and not too filling. Every time I come to the HKG airport I will stop by Tai Hing because it's a cheap and delicious option. Tai Hing is located in a busy food court area so be mindful you may have to wait for seats to become available since it's a very very busy area where both airport staff and travelers dine.

I went here for lunch before going back to my home country..i tried the 3 combination..roast pork belly, bbq pork, and roast goose...taste plain..they need to put more flavor to the sauce.. CONCLUSION = NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Decent airport cafe fare. The braised pork with preserved cabbage was okay, accompanied by one stalk of vegetable. The sausage and scrambled eggs were fine also.

I'm not going to lie, I only come here for one dish and that's the BBQ pork egg fried rice! It's soooo good, wow! Better than some fried rice dishes in town. The rice has perfect consistency, typical of HK day old fried rice. You mix in the BBQ pork and egg and you literally have a little piece of heaven. If you are looking for a quick pit stop and are too lazy to look for places to eat in town, this is a great place to eat. This is especially the case, if you've come in late from an overseas trip and most of the eateries in town are shut down. This is simply a wonderful alternative. If you are flying out of town, then it's best to eat here than exploring the options on the other side of immigration where you have limited options and are fighting against connecting passengers in line!

Scrambled Egg and Toast @ Tai Hing Express

Simple traditional breakfast at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) Ordered: -Minced Pork Congee and Steamed Rice-flour Roll $50 -Shredded Pork with Preserved Vegetable Rice Noodle in Soup with Scrambled Egg and Toast $37 While rushing to the airport, I missed the chance to get my last dose of Hong Kong breakfast. Luckily, with Tai Hing around, I didn't really miss much. Both entrees were surprisingly better than I expected. Note: portions were on the smaller side. Total Bill: $87

Presentation of the food items were good, however lacked flavour. Dim sum was average and not sure if starting off our dining experience at this place with two bad notes had anything to do with it. We started off with the foie gras spring roll that came with a wasabi mayo. Nothing special about this dish and lacks any taste or sediments of foie gras. Next came the dim sum sampler which contained Har gow (shrimp dumpling), siu mai (pork with shrimp dumpling), mushroom dumpling, fried shrimp mousse wrapped with filo like pastry, abalone tart and egg tart with birds nest. Then came the chicken with fish maw in a coconut which was good and most flavourful of this meal. Next came the fried minced pork with 5 spice dumpling (HAM SUU KOK) which was ok. We ended the meal with a fried whiting fish with spiced crispy garlic and dumpling, fish maw and conpoy in supreme stock which was just ok. Would definitely come back again for the dim sum again.

For ha gow (shrimp dumplings) for 43 hkg?! That's $5.5 US dollars for one order?! Do NOT go here!!! It's become a Tourist trap and charge you triple/quadruple now cause it looks fancy. It's worse than Panda Express....
