Love this chill spot serving up authentic Chinese sweet dessert soups aka tongsui. The choices are solid and the sweetness level is just right. The paper bowls each item is served in is aesthetic as it gets. There are more than a handful of tables at this location of Tei Mou Koon, which also has enough AC on a hot HK day so that you can enjoy these desserts hot or cold. However, it is hidden more towards the back of Lucky Plaza, making it a bit tough to find.
We enjoyed their hot black sesame soup (芝麻糊) and Bubur Cha Cha (摩摩喳喳). The black sesame was rich, velvety, and smooth. The cha cha was perfectly chunky and overall a well balanced mixture of goods. Service was attentive and efficient. Pay by cash, credit, digital payment, or Octopus. They don't have a 10% service charge either. read more
