Wow, this place was AMAZING!
First, I loved the interior of the restaurant. It had a vintage yet modern feel. There was a lot of tule and soft colors and lighting in the restaurant, it was very relaxing.
We opted for the pick two menu where you could choose either an appetizer or desert with the main course. Since there were four of us we got two deserts and two appetizers.
The appetizers we had were so good. We had the reindeer which was like reindeer tartar with bacon and greens, it was unique and so tasty. We also had the mozzarella which had salami and another meat as well as olives, it was kind of like a charcuterie board.
For dinner I had the steak. Usually I am a little bit leery when ordering steak in Europe, but this was amazing. It was cut into strips and cooked perfectly medium. It came with potatoes and some pickled red onions as well as pickled beet roots. The presentation of the food was also beautiful. The whole meal was incredible.
For dessert we opted for the chocolate cake which was a chocolate mousse cake and was devine. We also had the pavlova which was like a meringue with fruit and cream, so delicious.
Our waiter was so nice and service was wonderful, we even got some sightseeing tips!
