the fairest pawn shop in Utah! nice people who are easy to deal, with. I've bought a number of guns here and have always felt I was treated fair by a friend read more

Owner of the shop needs some SERIOUS counseling, the most confrontational business owner I've ever met. What ever is going on in your personal life you need to learn to leave it at the door. All your items are over priced and your attitude is $hit. judging by your reviews I'm sure your aware. People don't shop here take your money elsewhere. read more

I made an inquiry on Facebook marketplace about a dewalt drill that he was clearly asking too much for. I was going to see if he'd make me a better deal and instead he sent me a very long and rude response, he then blocked me so I couldn't even respond...I may have come off strong but that doesn't justify his response. I read other reviews about his store and his personality & I agree-he had obvious anger issues and no people skills and even less negotiating skills to boot... I'm including a screen shot of our conversation. He calls me a millennial & a woke man-child. I found that quite funny considering I'm very conservative and personally own many firearms. I will never step foot in his lousy pawn shop. I hope he realizes that people read these reviews and will shy away from people and businesses like his. Good luck from this 'millennial.' read more

ZZZ Pawn Shop - Funny I got called a man child by a man child - Pawn Shops Near Me - Spanish Fork, Utah

I walk into the so-called pawn shop, minding my own business. I ask a lady a question that doesn't regard him at all next thing I know I get told to "get the f*** out of my pawn shop" This guy is insane i mean totally insane. why anyone would want to go into the so-called pawnshop and grab their ankles for any and everything he has for sale he's asking brand new price even asking more than brand new price for some stuff like it's got sentimental value or something. I would not recommend this pawnshop to anyone unless I thought it would be funny read more

I have been treated with nothing but kindness every time I go there. I'm always frazzled and stressed, who isn't when they are pawning things?? I would recommend them any time. read more

I've had excellent service, quick and fair appraisals, and paperwork is done quickly! In and out of ZZZ Pawn in less than 10 minutes! The store is bright and well stocked! Ample parking along Main St in Spanish Fork! read more

worst service and most dishonest man out there who uses foul language when talking to customers and isn't there for u to get ur stuff back if u have borrowed money from a difficult time, but there to hope u fail so he can profit from u. he loves using the F word and if u are trying to purchase ur stuff back he tells u to get the F outta his store cuz he is selling ur stuff for twice the value which is five times the amount he loaned u. don't come here! read more

worker was rude. yelled at me. I was asking about a product and he refused to answer. would not listen to the customer and just yelled. if he would have taken time to listen he would have had products bought by me. He is just ruse. read more

The "owner" is not very nice, he will yell at you and disrespect you. Not very friendly or likable guy, I recommend staying away from this place in general, as I do not know when this guy works or not, best to be safe rather than sorry. read more

Price on item seemed high. I asked if he could come down. He responded extremely rudely. When I asked if he always treated his customers that way he started swearing at me in front of my 10 year old daughter. What a joke of an establishment. read more

The good: Very clean and organized. The Bad: Owner doesn't understand basic math and reasoning, and is a massive dickhead. Prices are extremely high for old used crap. Even higher for the good stuff. buying new is cheaper most of the time. Will never go here again. read more

The guy in the behind the counter is an absolute A1 a**hole. I tried to make a deal and he insisted I didn't have the money. Lol alright dude dont act like you know who I am. I'll happily take my money somewhere else. He's the type who will probably see/read this today lol.... I highly recommend avoiding this pawn shop.... What a joke. read more

I'm a local in Spanish Fork and I had been to this pawnshop before to try and sell some stuff. Respectfully he declined my items and there was no issue at all there. Today I went in there and let me just tell you... the owner is a literal and figurative mirror. You're cool, respectful, and personable with him; he will give back the exact same thing. If you're headstrong, rude, and disrespectful; do not be surprised when you receive the exact same stuff. There was a minor issue today that had to do with a delivery guy and the owner. The delivery guy came in with the gentleman's package and said, "go ahead and give me your ID so I can scan it so you can sign and take this" then plops the package onto the counter. Being a mirror the owner reciprocated what he was given but with a more simple response of, "no you don't need my ID to be scanned." Now do keep in mind, the owner had sellers and buys waiting because the delivery guy began to argue with the owner. The delivery guy then began to share the policy, but due to the nature of the package the owner had already spoken to the delivery guys boss and understands the policy and he knew very well that he did not need his ID to be scanned. After a time of the delivery guy arguing about untrue policies the owner told him to take the package and leave. Immediately after, the owner went back to servicing customers without any chip or grudge. Had a ton of questions that he answered and elaborated on. He was super awesome and super pleasant. read more

Great place awesome owner, his son was very helpful. Went in to shop and look for a gun walked out with a beautiful AR at a great price even got the wife a ring while we was there. Clean store great time. Thanks guys read more

Worst customer service I've ever had!!! The owner is unbelievably rude and unprofessional to customers. He has very serious anger management issues. I will not ever do business with them again and I will continue to advise others to also avoid doing business with them as well... I wish there was a way to give negative stars! read more

just now Worst pawn shop in the entire state, male employee obviously on drugs or drunk considering reporting him. We go to get a power cord for Xbox 360 which we had called ahead about. Wrong cord and was too cheap to be what we needed. Went to return the cord and got told they clearly heard Xbox one S argued about what was heard and I quote from a male employee who began violently screaming. Male Employee: "Well you must be deaf" Me: "I dont have hearing problems" M.E.: "well neither do i" Me: "you didn't need to call me deaf, i have deaf family members and friends" M.E.: "I don't give a f*ck bro (I'm trans, misgendering right there) don't give me your sad sob f*cking story I don't give a sh*t I have f*cked up family too, you're first question should have been why is the cord so cheap" Female employee calmly while he continues violently veins bulging face red: "we can return that" Me: I'm leaving y'all so many bad reviews" continues yelling insulting my intelligence and every other word is vulgar. M.E.: I don't give a f*ck about your reviews, go right "f*ckin ahead and get the fuck out of my store before you're in even more trouble don't ever come back". I left that store shaking from a panic attack. Highly recommend not going here, only a matter of time before someone like that gets physically violent with someone undeserving. read more

The owner and his son are so awesome!! They are very educated on what they do and are honest about quality and worth. They have some awesome stuff! Everything is in good condition. They created great conversation and were very welcoming. read more

These guys are way over priced and can be very rude. If you buy something that doesnt work you are out of luck. No returns at all.

Good price on FFL transfers. I have not used them for anything else.

Clean and organized store for the most part , but prices are high for a pawn shop , I've been there couple times and the items I was looking at was much cheaper to buy online , I don't think this is the pawn shop for my household. read more

This place is shit I brought an si diamond here and asked how much it was worth for fun and the lady says it's a vvs which isn't not and keep pricing it way higher then it was worth I guess they don't know they're jewelry which is very scary I could have scammed you guys for over 3,000$ I almost cried when she said it was vvs some people read more

I love this store. The owner Pat went out his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This is the cleanest, best stocked pawn shop I have ever been to. If you are in the market for for a gun, tools, TV, etc do yourself a favor and check these guys out! read more

i really enjoyed my visit to this pawn shop. they where very kind and helpful. they where very clean and organized. highly recommend this pawn shop read more

The man who runs this place is rude and not on the up and up. My husband came in and got a loan. I went in to pay on it and he wouldn't let me pay down the bill more then the finance charge he then threatened me. I don't care if the loan was made with my husband. The owner wants to say I got upset... I didn't get upset. He bullied me and left me no choice but to completely pay the loan off or loose my things cause he thought me asking why He wouldn't let me pay it down was me being upset. I said" I don't understand" after he asked me what was wrong and that he could see something was bothering me. I've read many of his reviews now and I truly question the people that think he is great. He is unprofessional, condescending and he knows it. He sells broken things. And didn't give you a far price on things you bring in. He then bullies you to get away with it. I would Never recommend this place to anyone... EVER! read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a pawn shop in my life. If you feel like being treated like dirt, go here. My wife and I have purchased items here before but this experience with Patrick (the proud and rude Owner) will deter me from ever coming back again. He was belittling, arrogant, and profiled me "as a guy who just comes into stores and takes apart guns and never buys..." I asked him a couple questions about a Glock, my wife and I are finally in the position to purchase one, and he proceeds to tell me I would never buy. He was degrading and made me feel like an idiot when I've been hunting and shooting my whole life. This owner gets 0 stars and needs to take a class on people skills. I have always gotten a good deal when buying and selling at this pawn shop. They are kind and willing to work with you. They give me more than other pawnshops would on items I'm trying to get money for. If you're looking for something new to buy or need a little money I would say stop at this pawnshop and they will help you find what you need or help get you the money you need. read more

Beware!!! Not to be trusted if you are thinking of buying from them. They sold me a 350.00 camera lens and represented it to be in perfect condition. It was a total piece of junk that would not focus. When it was taken back the next day with a test photo to show them what was wrong I was told that all sales are final. The end. I got screwed by them. read more
