I love H&M and had a great experience at this store today in terms of the service and shopping. They also still have their clothing recycling program, so I dropped off some things and got a 15 percent off coupon in return. However, the store has no air conditioning. The sales clerk who helped me told me the store has been without AC in the summer for 3 years! Would have easily been four stars if there was AC. Everything else in the store was great.

I have come to discover that yes this location is small, and yes they have a limited selection of adult clothing, BUT they do have one thing that I appreciate. An extensive selection of basics. . . I left here with a couple basic v-neck cotton tee's for an extremely reasonable price. I was tempted to delve into their ribbed tank tops and sandals collection but I told myself I've got a few more months before I should be spending my money on all that. I was disappointed to find that the store was limited in their adult collection as I've been trying to add to a new wardrobe. The empty feel of the store was good and bad. Not many employees milling around to help on the sales floor but nice to not have anyone constantly bothering you in the dressing room. There are plenty of other Old Navy's within my proximity with larger selections (i.e. the Providence Place location) so my chances of returning here are slim unless I am in the area for something else.

I am glad I did. The location was pretty busy with a lot of customers walking around looking at merchandise but the atmosphere was still pretty quiet and there was enough space to walk around the store comfortably which is very important to me while I am shopping in a store. They had clothing very neatly displayed with the proper price tags and sizes seemed pretty much in order on the clothing racks. There were several employees on the sales floor doing jobs such as stocking, cleaning, merchandising and assisting customers. At the time that I was there they were offering excellent sale prices on some of the items that I was interested in buying. I tried on some clothing in their very well maintained fitting room and picked out some very nice tops. Nice designs and very affordable. The help at the cashier desk was helpful and seemed to know their stuff. Parking was no trouble at all in the spacious mall parking lot. I would definitely go back to this Macy's store for some more shopping.
