The Bed Bath and Beyond store is about to close as well (but that is a national bankruptcy issue). Some of the stores that still attract customers to this shopping area are Michael's Bob's Furniture, Jo-Ann Fabrics and the Esporta Fitness Club. The parking lot is huge, so there's never a problem finding parking, but there's only about 5-6 viable open businesses here....in a very large open commercial space. Hope they can attract more stores in the near future.

What motived me to write a review is one employee Steve Morse. My husband went there after golfing nearby to exchange an pair of pants for my mom. They told him there is no L left. He texted us about it and left the store. Steve chased him to the parking lot and said he found the only L left. He didn't have to run to the parking lot. He didn't have to search persistently for the last pair of L. My husband was fine and left already. This shows a lot. He cares about his customers. He takes his job seriously and does everything to make sure every little thing is done right. I'm really happy for this store because it has great employees like Steve Morse.

The selection is excellent, the quality is great, and the discounts make shopping here worthwhile. Unfortunately, the shopping experience has become increasingly frustrating because of the overly aggressive sales associates. I cannot stand being followed around the store by employees constantly asking whether I have a coupon or discount code, seemingly trying to secure a commission. I already receive plenty of promotional emails and text messages from Polo, and I certainly do not need salespeople repeatedly approaching me to push additional coupons. Once is enough! There is a significant difference between attentive customer service and making customers feel like they are being stalked while trying to shop. I enjoy browsing at my own pace without constant interruptions or pressure. Polo Ralph Lauren should seriously reconsider encouraging this type of sales behavior. It cheapens the shopping experience and takes away from what should be an enjoyable visit to a premium clothing retailer. I love the brand and its clothing, but if this continues, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Let customers shop in peace. Good service is appreciated, but aggressive sales tactics are simply annoying and unnecessary.

Today I purchased two button down shirts (one in black and one in white) for EIGHT DOLLARS! Tee shirts are around $4, and if you are a really teeny tiny person, there was a pair of jeans there (around size two or zero) for TWO BUCKS! They have plus size clothing there, as well as hats and makeup, and bras, and underwear, and dresses, and jewelry, and...well, it's worth the trip out there. I have not seen anything in this store that is over twenty dollars. I never leave without a bag in my hands, which is always dangerous. Words to the wise: The sizes can tend to run very small there. I am a small jacket size, and bought an awesome jacket there for three bucks, but it was a large. So if you are going to try something on, take at least one size up in addition to your regular size with you. Also, it takes forever in the dressing room, and you are only allowed to try on four things, so have patience. There has been times when the store is really busy that I have had to wait as much as fifteen minutes to try on something. The racks are seperated by item - tops, bottoms, jeans, shorts, athletic wear etc - and then by size so easy to hone in on what you want. The racks were tidy. The store is a good size and well signed overhead so you can see at a distance where the items you need are located. The parking lot is shared with many businesses and is busy. Accessible parking is nearby the entrance. Changing rooms were in good condition, clean with a good deal of places to hang things. The attendant who gives out the number tags was very pleasant. Plenty of cashiers available and ours was very pleasant and chatty. A quick look around shows they carry intimates, belts, bags, hats, jewelry, shoes, dressy and casual clothes as well as homegoods. I found what I was looking for and departed a happy customer. Prices are good.

The staff are very friendly as well. The prices were good, not bottom dollar thrift prices, but good. I got a pair of men's new pants for $10 and they would have easily been $25+. This is definitely a place to come check out. They are only open on Saturdays from 9-4 for shopping. The other days you can drop off donations and volunteer.
