And it's always sexy stuff , like club wear night time wear and anything in between. My first time coming here I was running on zero time left and I needed a birthday outfit and BOOM that had a beautiful dress here and this place saved my life. And today I needed a bathing suit because ALL the stores in numerous places no longer have bathing suits and they did ! Thank god and these bathing suits are unique and you know nobody else will have your bathing suit. Anything sexy you need come here , this is always my last resort place but now it's my go to place first , because I know it will save me time and effort and the people who work here are so sweet always so helpful and they appreciate every sale. I love this place!

Any who this store is right inside emerald mall so easily to locate and it's a cute little store , not to big not to small. The store could be cleaner , there's always stuff just put everywhere , on the floor and the racks are all over the place. They have a lot of clearance stuff scattered , but they also have regular priced stuff close to clearance it's a little bit of a hassle. They have a limited selection of jeans but sometimes they have a big clearance section of jeans and it's worth it. The cashiers her are always so friendly but never really work fast they take a very long time to cash you out. They go at a very slow pace , so the line does back up quick. The fitting room attendants are always very helpful and try to keep the fitting rooms cleans, which I like. Like some other stores this store doesn't really switch it's style up much, and a lot of the stuff is priced high for cheap product. I come in here for the clearance and that's it I'm being honest.

If you really want an epic H&M experience, go to the one on Boylston Street in Boston. This one has the basics, but not much else exciting. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the mall already, but I would not make a special trip.

I am glad I did. The location was pretty busy with a lot of customers walking around looking at merchandise but the atmosphere was still pretty quiet and there was enough space to walk around the store comfortably which is very important to me while I am shopping in a store. They had clothing very neatly displayed with the proper price tags and sizes seemed pretty much in order on the clothing racks. There were several employees on the sales floor doing jobs such as stocking, cleaning, merchandising and assisting customers. At the time that I was there they were offering excellent sale prices on some of the items that I was interested in buying. I tried on some clothing in their very well maintained fitting room and picked out some very nice tops. Nice designs and very affordable. The help at the cashier desk was helpful and seemed to know their stuff. Parking was no trouble at all in the spacious mall parking lot. I would definitely go back to this Macy's store for some more shopping.

However, on our last visit there was no one to check us out. We stood by one of their 'customer service' desks on the lower level and a line began to form. One of the customers mentioned this has happened to her before. We decided to take a walk around to see if any other register had staff. We did find one cashier on the upper level who was happy to ring up our purchases. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how understaffed the store seemed to be. It's always sad to see a store that has been in business for so long go into distress. It's one of the anchor stores at the Warwick Mall. They offer salon services here also. Plenty of parking in the shared lots.

I was then kept waiting for over 30 minutes while staff claimed they were contacting other people. In the end, they refused to let me make any purchase and would only say it was "store policy" without providing any clear explanation. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that other customers checking out around me were not being subjected to the same account review or questioning. Very unprofessional and disrespectful treatment toward a legitimate customer. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and basic respect. I will not return to this location.

I went for two try on appointments and a fitting/alterations appointment. The try on appointments were a little less structured than elsewhere. One time we went over time and that wasn't an issue. They really encouraged me to try on a lot of different dresses and weren't particularly concerned with my lack of vision. There was also a lot of appointment availability, which was nice. The stylists had a good balance of commenting and helping with suggestions without being pushy. The store itself has a fairly large selection of wedding dresses, and a few sizes of a lot of them, so you can get a good idea of how they'd fit on you. There's also a decent selection of clearance dresses that are sometimes discontinued to around $300. Ultimately, I ordered a dress from the website that they didn't have in the store and I was happy with it. I brought it in to get the straps altered and it was easy to get an appointment and it was done within a month.
