Their workers are always very friendly, always asking if they can find you your size-as with Nike's etc... they only keep one sneaker in the box ...you have to ask for the matching one. Wanted to buy himself a chain with the money he saved up and wanted to do it himself. I stayed on the phone with him while he did. The jewelry woman was so incredibly rude towards him, that I actually thought it was a joke. She dismissed his questions, audibly huffing at him, belittling him, embarrassing him and then preceded to tell him he was being rude! He explained that was not his intention and that he just didn't understand the process. At this point, the floor manager comes over and instead of seeing what the problem might have been, she too started verbally attacked my son!! (AGAIIN, ALL THIS IS WHILE I'M ON THE PHONE LISTENING IN!!) I can't even believe this happened! My poor son left in tears without a chain.
