I have driven by this place my whole life and never thought I would need to stop in…read more I received these beautiful shoes that I couldn't wear because the ankle strap was so long it just flipped off my foot and looked really stupid. I tried to exchange them to the original store they came from but they were sold out. I Immediately thought of Footworks! All I needed them to do was shorten the ankle strap and I wasn't sure if they could even do something like that. When I walked in they looked pretty busy but someone was able to help me right away. The woman that helped me was super nice and told me they could fix my shoe and quoted me $18. She said the thread might not match but I was totally okay with it because I couldn't wear the shoes anyway. So far I was really happy with the service. Later that day they called me to tell me my shoe was ready to pick up! Wow, that was super fast! I picked up the shoe the next day and not only did the thread look great (matched fine) but the strap fit my ankle perfectly! I was completely happy with my experience here and will definitely be back if I ever need to fix a shoe again!

The last couple of times I've done returns here, I was not greeted, the person at the register hardly acknowledged me, the person mumbles a half hearted 'thank you' at the end and she looked like she'd rather be anywhere else except in that store. I think that is unacceptable. If you don't like working with people, don't work in retail. I will come back here just because the location is good for me, but I think they need to get some better staff.

Of course- if you know your feet are done growing ...as most are when we're adults ;-)- then you'd be surprised on what markdowns they have ...if say you're looking for a boot (but it's the end of the winter season) or sandals (as fall approaches) they have some mind blowing deals on the brand names. They also have manufacturers I've never heard of that make some cutting edge shoes and boots as well. The best part, it won't break your wallet. Their workers are always very friendly, always asking if they can find you your size-as with Nike's etc... they only keep one sneaker in the box ...you have to ask for the matching one. Other brands you don't have to ask at all- both shoes are there in the box. I think they do that to prevent stealing certain brands. Either way, I've always received compliments on sandals that have literally cost me 19.00. I could live there lol. Highly would recommend.
