I ended up leaving not only with a great outfit for the event, but also with a few other pieces to wear to work. The sales are pretty good with clearance being marked down sometimes more than 50%. If you are a subscriber, there is often a $25 off $100 purchase coupon included in the catalog. They had macaroons, Lilly's a juice, cookies and other goodies for customers. The store itself looked really beautiful and the decor and ambiance was very coastal chic. My only issue was the selection of items was extremely limited. I think it was because they had just opened- the previous day- but still they should have had a lot more in terms of options. They had a lot of the new prints & styles that had just come out like yesterday- but I wanted specific styles that were basically new- so unfortunately I did not purchase anything! But I will definitely be back in the future for the grand opening in May possibly! And now when I need a Lilly item & want to try it on- I just have to drive 30 mins instead of an hour! I was there for a compression sleeve and wanted a printed one. The woman threw a brochre at me and said this is an old one so they maynot be making that print anymore. Great customer service right? The woman who was helping me was supposed to "teach" me onhow to put the sleeve on. She walks away and helps another customer. PIck up 2 weeks later I was told they would help me put it on the check the fit. It was the same woman who helped me inatially she did not offer nor did I ask to put it on to check the fit. I figured why bother. I'll order online from now on. This place is resting on its laurels.
