I appreciated Kate's assistance finding my size in a new style. My pet peeve is that the straps do not adjustable for the entirety of the strap, they only adjust halfway. When you're short, have a larger cup size and are relatively fit, be sure to get some help to be sure the straps won't slide. Happy to see the AOL is in extra small in more than neutral colors again! Service should be a 5+ star, I am giving a 4 only because the straps annoy me!

This one is fairly new, just opened in December of 2022. They had a good selection of items on sale, out of which I got a few things for some of my nieces. If you walk around the store, you will see high-waisted leggings activewear, swimsuits, bras, women's underwear and many more items. The store also carries cold weather clothing like sweatshirts, hoodies, cozy sweaters and cardigans. Nice staff, very friendly and very helpful.

I found this very disheartening because her job is customer service and I feel like a minute of "looking" wasn't looking at all. I indeed did not find the item and just got it somewhere else. I've been shopping here for at least 10 years and they never seem to disappoint. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me just right because of how petite I am, so it's nice they carry XS and 0 in jeans. Not just for small girls either though! They offer plus sizes as well. They are always on trend and have looks for nights out or just casual everyday wear. I also love their price point. I'm an outfit snob whereas I don't repeat a look for a special event or occasion. The reason for the rating is because like others say some workers are really nice and greet you , while others just carry on with their convo with other workers. The dressing room I like because it isn't a mess they keep that clean , which is what I enjoy! I hate other stores that have tons of clothing left in there. The clearance sections I also enjoy but it always looks a mess which gives me bad anxiety. But overall a great store.
