They had personal conversations about the Hunger Games and Harry Potter while I was the only one in the store. On the other hand, the woman named Diamond was very nice and respectful. She noticed that I was not being helped and was not judgmental at all. I was put off by the other 2 ladies and felt that they were very unprofessional. I was told by the stunning and friendly salesperson - I assume it was Stefania because she was behind the register- that there were a lot more dresses upstairs. To say that I surprised by the amount of dresses and every color of the rainbow available would be an understatement. I didn't even know where to start looking. However, the women s upstairs were very helpful and knowledgeable pointing me in the right direction and room to begin, and were there for every step of my experience. There is literally something for everyone. I had a specific question, and the women working there answered it immediately. They know their inventory of thousands of dresses, and if they don't, Stefania is always there to help. This dress shop was perfect for the event for which it was intended. I completely disregard the clothes because a few times I've seen a sign that says an item was under $39.99 and then you look at the price tag the Nordstrom rack price tag, and it was over that amount so I was very confused by this.
