Outside, there was a mild scent of garage and sewer. Once we got in, there was no sales associate to greet and hand us the Kohl's cash. I had to find a sales associate who later told me since they have limited staffing - you get your Kohl's cash at checkout only. I asked if we can get it prior to checkout to see if we won big jokingly, and she said no. So, no way to know how much you'll get off until you're rung up. This was later incorrect, as I was checking out - a kinder associate gave a Kohl's cash handout to another customer. I understand that low staffing can be tough, but I wish there was a more centralized protocol in place. Also, there are self checkout options now, which couldn't be utilized for the Kohl's cash giveaway - amounting to longer waits at checkout. Clothes and stuff were fine - original prices are a bit steep for the quality; likely since they mark up with the intention to put things on sale to try and attract customers. Overall, I recommend improvements with management.

We aren't familiar with the store layout and were talking amongst ourselves as to where men's pajamas could be. An employee who was close enough to hear us made a bee-line away being sure not to make eye contact. Once we found the department, we are talking to each other about where the flannel sets may be located. A second employee followed the example of our previous encounter. We did find what we wanted. No prices are listed nearby or on the garments. Now to find a cashier. We walk around looking. None of the customer service desks are manned. We finally find an employee who is able, and willing, to check us out. That was an unpleasant interaction. Our pajamas were sixty dollars and I apparantly am an ignorant human according to the cashier for not agreeing with their opinions. Brilliant.

This is apart of the Lincoln Mall/Commons area, so parking is also a hit or miss depending how busy the area is. I've been shopping here for at least 10 years and they never seem to disappoint. The reason for the rating is because like others say some workers are really nice and greet you , while others just carry on with their convo with other workers. The dressing room I like because it isn't a mess they keep that clean , which is what I enjoy! I hate other stores that have tons of clothing left in there. The clearance sections I also enjoy but it always looks a mess which gives me bad anxiety. But overall a great store.

This was my first time visiting Boscov's actually, at the Providence Mall! They had so much to offer; lots of home appliances, clothes, accessories, makeup, etc. found it to be very similar to Sears? Though we didn't end up buying anything and just did a quick walk through, they seem to have pretty reasonable prices. Found it cool that they are still expanding locations to this day & seemingly thriving!

They still have…read morea good amount of inventory: shoes, suits, Big & Tall, jewelry, make-up, accessories, housewares, kids, young men and women. However, on our last visit there was no one to check us out. We stood by one of their 'customer service' desks on the lower level and a line began to form. One of the customers mentioned this has happened to her before. We decided to take a walk around to see if any other register had staff. We did find one cashier on the upper level who was happy to ring up our purchases. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how understaffed the store seemed to be. It's always sad to see a store that has been in business for so long go into distress. It's one of the anchor stores at the Warwick Mall. They offer salon services here also. Plenty of parking in the shared lots.
