And today I needed a bathing suit because ALL the stores in numerous places no longer have bathing suits and they did ! Thank god and these bathing suits are unique and you know nobody else will have your bathing suit. Anything sexy you need come here , this is always my last resort place but now it's my go to place first , because I know it will save me time and effort and the people who work here are so sweet always so helpful and they appreciate every sale. They have a limited selection of jeans but sometimes they have a big clearance section of jeans and it's worth it. The cashiers her are always so friendly but never really work fast they take a very long time to cash you out. They go at a very slow pace , so the line does back up quick. The fitting room attendants are always very helpful and try to keep the fitting rooms cleans, which I like. Like some other stores this store doesn't really switch it's style up much, and a lot of the stuff is priced high for cheap product. I come in here for the clearance and that's it I'm being honest.

I am glad I did. The location was pretty busy with a lot of customers walking around looking at merchandise but the atmosphere was still pretty quiet and there was enough space to walk around the store comfortably which is very important to me while I am shopping in a store. They had clothing very neatly displayed with the proper price tags and sizes seemed pretty much in order on the clothing racks. There were several employees on the sales floor doing jobs such as stocking, cleaning, merchandising and assisting customers. At the time that I was there they were offering excellent sale prices on some of the items that I was interested in buying. I tried on some clothing in their very well maintained fitting room and picked out some very nice tops. Nice designs and very affordable. The help at the cashier desk was helpful and seemed to know their stuff. Parking was no trouble at all in the spacious mall parking lot. I would definitely go back to this Macy's store for some more shopping.

My son has a learning disability and can be a little slow at understanding things, sometimes needing further direction. Wanted to buy himself a chain with the money he saved up and wanted to do it himself. I stayed on the phone with him while he did. The jewelry woman was so incredibly rude towards him, that I actually thought it was a joke. She dismissed his questions, audibly huffing at him, belittling him, embarrassing him and then preceded to tell him he was being rude! He explained that was not his intention and that he just didn't understand the process. At this point, the floor manager comes over and instead of seeing what the problem might have been, she too started verbally attacked my son!! (AGAIIN, ALL THIS IS WHILE I'M ON THE PHONE LISTENING IN!!) I can't even believe this happened! My poor son left in tears without a chain. He was too ashamed to purchase anything because of the way he was made to feel there. Please think twice before supporting a store that discriminates against the intellectually disabled.
