The store is very clean and well organized and the staff are trained not to hover over or pressure their customers, you can just walk around and look if you want to do that. I bought a pair of shoes that's on clearance and there are stickers on each box of that shoes that said 53.99 but the cashier charged me 59.99. I didn't check my receipt nor my total because it was black friday that day and I was kinda rushing to each stores due to the lines at every stores. I don't blame the cashier cuz it's black friday and people make mistakes and that's fine, so I went home, figure out the mistake, then came back to get my money back. I told the cashier about this mistake and she was nice, she paged that so-called manager, and rang another customer while waiting. A couple minutes later this manager came to the register, didn't say hi or how can she help me or whatsoever like I don't even exist, and start asking the cashier what was going on with her lazy tone. Since the cashier was still dealing with her other customer, she couldn't talk to multiple people at the same time cuz she's human? but she told her to look at the receipt. However, this ignorant manager won't give up on hustling this poor cashier and ignoring my existence, and just kept asking her what is happening, and of course with the poorest attitude. Finally the cashier finished with the other customer and tell her about the mistake, then they figure out that they put the wrong stickers on the boxes, and the cashier said that it's their mistake, and that manager repeat that to me which sounds like I put that damn sticker on it to scam them for $6. I told her all them boxes had that stickers but I can go check again, but she told me that's fine she can do it like I beg for that freaking 6 whole dollars. She also mentioned "$6" multiple times during our silence conversation. I'm a patient person as you can see I didn't even get mad because I went home then figure out that mistake then I have to drive all the way back here from VB at 9pm but this ignorant is just keep testing my bottom line. I'm surprised that the cashier is not the manager because she is definitely more suitable on that position. This "manager" has 0 management skills, -10 attitude, and -1000 respect. If you hate your job so much just quit, don't let poor customers and associates to deal with your rude ass for Crist sake.

I was assisted by Lindsey. She not only was very friendly but super helpful. After getting my measurements, she pulled a few bras for me to try. It turned out that I was between sizes and she kept having to find others for me to try but did so cheerfully even though she kept having to run back and forth. She was more than happy to see the fit of each one after I tried them on and offer her advice/opinions. It was a successful trip and I found 2 bras that worked for me. I typically don't shop for clothes here (I find them to be a little on the expensive side) but definitely the place to come for undergarment needs.

I told Marissa and Sarah my size and that I wanted skinny style jeans either low-rise or mid-rise, and voila...my room was instantly filled with great sexy jeans. And much to my surprise, even the first pair I put on fit me like a glove...and so did 3 other pair. That never happens!!! But, they know what they're doing. And, the best part--they do all their own alterations in-store for FREE!! I am a shorty, so every pair of pants I have ever bought has been tailored so I am totally sold on this, all with the original stitching. The jeans are going to run you anywhere from $50-$175 typically. Stopped into DICK'S Sporting Goods/House of Sport to look for a special gift for a friend's…read morebirthday. We were amazed by the clean, spacious, and thoughtful design of the store. However, this is more than a retail store! It offers merchandise for every sport, and there was an exercise class in session, along with several sets of parents watching their children climb the rock wall that's conveniently situated in the center of the building. Wow! My first thought was, I need to tell my niece about this rock wall opportunity for her adventurous kids! There's a cost for the climb, but a quick glance at the pricing seemed reasonable. Here's a fun place to shop and spend time exploring for the whole family. The staff was very friendly in directing us and our cashier, Curtis was helpful, too. We will definitely add DICK's House of Sport to our list when we need any sporting goods and gifts! The quality and the variety are a great deal.
