I always loved their clothes but probably wouldn't have found what I needed without her help. I felt like I had a personal shopper & never felt like I was taking too much of her time. After my surgery I found that the Skechers Slip on are my favorite shoes now. I've got two pairs of lace up that are like new. I still only wear my Skechers. One thing I have noticed is that the soles wear out quickly. That's why I stopped wearing Skechers in the past. I'm going to go try some new ones on when I'm able. I'm recommending!

I was also greeted upon entering. However, the customer service at the cash wrap sucked. I unfortunately was assisted by Kate who not only seemed like a liar but an airhead. Kate said she was unable to accept my returns because they were final sale. This was not noted when I placed my order and Kate admitted this flaw. She apologized and offered me a bag for the items that I attempted to return...which were already in a bag. Kate also suggested I instead return another "eligible" item from my order. This was a stupid suggestion bc if I wanted to return another item... I would've brought it with me to return. Airhead. Instead of a stand off I called Anthropologie's 800# and a rep was able to initiate my return by sending me a QR code and waving the return shipping cost ( yes Anthropologie is one of the few stores charging for return shipping). It was a waste of my time to go in store and my return be denied. What was accomplished over the phone should've been done in store. What was also troubling was that I was able to initiate a return online and generate a in store return slip, but Kate said she still wouldn't be able to accept my return. I'm not a big Anthropologie shopper...this situation although resolved does not make me keen on spending my money with them in the future. And... not to mention one of the items I wanted to return was listed as leather but it was cheap PVC...The audacity to not only mislabel the material but for it to originally be outrageously overpriced.
