I had two servings. There was a really good selection and nothing tasted old or fishy. More importantly the fish was actually raw! Every bit of sushi I've had up until now in Michigan has been lox (weird), imitation crab, or cooked. Now, don't get me wrong. There was still weird, but it was manageable weird, so let's talk about it. Eel roll was mostly strips of cucumber- a large, large portion of cucumber. So much cucumber. I did taste a bit of eel, but let's be honest. That was a cucumber roll. The spicy tuna was pale. That was different. I'm not used to that, and I got a little scared. It was... Ok. It had crunchies in it. The sashimi was aggressive. You get a chunk of fish. There you go. Enjoy your chunk. This is how we do it in Michigan. This restaurant is in the spot where the Old Country Buffet was. The decor has completely changed and it's not really bougie or elegant, but it is pretty. It's also very clean. It is also HUGE. That means you need to come here and take a seat. This really is exceptional food, and we want them to stay open. So go there. Right now. The dinner price is lunch price in Las Vegas.
