I asked when they were made and to my complete surprise she told me 5 days prior. Well, now I know why they looked so undesirable. I asked if it's possible to get a freshly made juice. The reply was no, we only juice every 5 days. At an inflated price of $13 per juice I find it hard to believe 5 days (for a fresh pressed juice) is the best they can do. Typically juice bars are made to order. Even when ordering plain celery juice. I did give 2 stars because I like their granola bowls, but unfortunately not enough to fully satisfy me. I make celery juice almost daily at home and would never dream of drinking one 5 days old!!!

Inside, it's immaculate and super clean, bordering on sterile. For a place called the Coco Shack, one would expect a bit of color and personality. There is a pretty blessing board in the front, and the menu is cute and clear, displayed in a chalkboard style. Service was fast and polite. The food is where the restaurant shows its color... finally! The fruit was fresh and flavorful, the granola was crispy, there's a solid selection of add-ons and the option to make your own bowl/smoothie.
