This is a fun spot to go with a group of people. They have several games you can play for free. They also serve alcohol, boba, food and some desserts. Everything is reasonably priced with everything being under $12. I ordered the chicken tenders & fries and thought it was good. I really enjoyed the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. I'd recommend coming here.

First time here. Pretty nice if you just wanna hangout with friends & play game board. Zulu sells board games, food, and drinks as well. I came on weekday afternoon, not crowded, so pretty chill. I think it will be noisy later of the day or weekend. You may bring your own game or borrow from the library here. The food were good. Nice staff. Open floor plan. Overall, I can see to be back with the right group of friends in the future.

Spacious, great parking options, feels like a large cafeteria or food court with board games

You can buy games, play games, watch games. Really the only thing this is not good for is studying for a big test.

My son is a game person...computer, video, board, card you name it. He asked us to come to Zulu to check it out. It is a room with lots of tables and an environment for gamers of all walks of life to gather and play. Do y want to worry about people coming over and staying too late? Go to Zulus. Don't want to worry about wrangling food while you're thinking about the best crit roll you can get your mage against an elder orc? Zulus has some hot snacks to please. And you have got to try the root beer on tap! We played from 8 to midnight and enjoyed every minute. Check their website because they almost always have something going on.

Dez the store manager was nice and chill, making himself available whenever I had questions or wanted to talk about something, but otherwise leaving me to browse. He was knowledgeable and conversational, seemed like a very interesting guy. No pressure. The store is on the smaller side, but that seems to be on par for those I've seen in this state (Tacoma is a bigger, but their schedule is more limited). Honestly, no big deal. GW has a million products, so I realize a shop this size can't stock everything. However, every time the manager tries to talk me out of buying what I want and into something else. He just won't take no for an answer, and keeps arguing with me. He is like a terrible used car salesman who won't stop arguing and trying to push you into things you don't want. I didn't want to overreact with a negative review after my first visit, but this same thing has happened to me upon 3 separate visits. I also took two friends with me this last time, and upon leaving the store they both said "WTF is up with that guy??" So at this point I feel the review is warranted.

Luckily, I believe the owner or an employee made a video of how to get to the entrance. Once we found out where to park and immediately followed the path in the video, we were able to find this store. As we entered, we were greeted by an employee and saw a few players playing 40K as they had four tables for that. The store was a lot bigger than I thought and they had plenty of different products for everyone. They even had some prints and stickers from a local tattoo artist which was neat. They had their schedule in the bag on a huge whiteboard. Plenty of tables and chairs in the back next to their bulk section. My boyfriend bought a pack from them as he loves supporting small, local businesses and the prices here are fair. The store is dog friendly as I asked the employee who greeted us and then a customer walked with their super cute dog.

There's a little white storage box on the counter that may or may not have Pokémon cards in them. You won't likely find anything in there. They also have a binder with some cards, but it's also a hit or miss. Other than that, the booster bundles are the same high prices you see everywhere else. The employees kind of keep to themselves. Not much interaction, but I'm not terribly bothered by it.

I think there was weekly that just ended or something else as it was a bunch of younger boys with their parents grabbing boosters and other TCG accessories. The staff members here were patient and conversing with the parents and child which I always appreciate when the kiddos are included. They were also friendly and helpful to not only us but the other customers too. They had quite a bit of different products to browse from TCGs, comics, board games and much more. The prices were fair too! They have a refrigerator with lots of different types of beverages. I also asked if they were dog friendly, which they are as long as they don't make a mess so I brought in our two fur babies who got some pets from the staff. The store is organized well as well as plenty of room to walk around. They had a few long tables and chairs for weeklies or just casual hang outs as there were some players just opening One Piece packs.

Honestly, go support Curio in MLT. Those are good, honest people who love the fun of collecting and you'll pay only $75 for an ETB.

If you were into LEGOs or similar or did small crafts, this store is a blast. Everything is friction-held together for the most part (tiny amounts of glue on occasion, from what I gathered by chatting with people).
