The restaurant used real orange peels in their recipe and it really gave the dish a phenomenal flavor. I ordered the dish "spicy", but to be honest it wasn't spicy at all! Service: The service was great. The women working here are bustling their busy tables, but will still make time to check in. Ambiance: This place is not a looker and won't give you that Instagram worthy fuzziness, but the food and the people are amazing! This mom and pop shop will bring you back in time when life was a bit simpler.

We started with the Brie with caramel sauce which was outstanding! For dinner we had prime rib and chicken in plum sauce. Both wowed us, and we are finicky. The corn on the cob blew our minds, it's that great. Come hungry because the portions are huge. It's not a place to eat if you are in a hurry, but if you have the time, it is well worth a visit. Pricey but worth it!

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at Yesterday's this evening…read more We called to place a pickup order for 10 pieces of cheesecake and we were told, "we are too busy right now to get that together. That is too many desserts." There was no apology provided. We were in no hurry. We would have been happy with simple communication - it may take 40 minutes. The response to the call was a solid "NO" to a $200 take out order. It is difficult to understand how a business cannot take 15 minutes to place precut desserts in a togo container for carryout. Very Sad!!! Yesterday's strongly needs another person answering the phone - oops, it was the owner that took the call!!

Food and service by our server Theresa was amazing!!! We did encounter one issue... when going to wash your hands in the men's and women's bathrooms the water is HOT! I'm saying when the handle is in the middle it's scorching! We notified the hostess... they took something off the bill which is great but the problem is when the 2 hostesses and a different waitress are all talking about it and looking back and forth at our table. My go to dish is the Copper Creek Skillet. I order this because it is smothered in their homemade sausage gravy. I also order the pancake on the side. Which I love.

Better late than never! So this visit was me, my bf, and his parents in honor of my boyfriend's birthday in 2025. The exterior is really nice and new, as is the interior! More on that in a bit... We had a reservation that we made weeks in advance but still had a wait. Rocky River Tap and Table were definitely understaffed and it took forever to get waited on and then we waited nearly 30 minutes to put in our food order. Our waitress was Amy and she tried but she definitely had too many tables. Once we got our drink and food orders, I sipped on a cider from Round Barn in Michigan (refreshing!) and I ordered a $21 bison burger with sweet potato fries (tasty!). I always get sweet potato fries whenever they are an option and this was a very generous portion. We had cheese biscuits to share and all 4 of us were addicted to them. The biscuits were so unique! My bf got a free birthday dessert of a carmel brownie dessert that was diverse in flavors and a crispy salted crispy-ness on the bottom 9/10. He, of course, shared his dessert because he's a very lovely and well-trained guy! Haha! So we enjoyed the food and the drinks but were not inpressed with the service. How about the decor and ambiance? Well, Rocky River recently underwent a renovation and it looks spectacular! The interior was white with moss on the walls and poinsettas everywhere as it was the holiday season of 2025. It is perfect for classy Instagram-worthy photos. I didn't pay for our dinner but I found that the prices were decent for the most part. I'd come back on a slower day. Where else can I get a bison burger with sweet potato fries for only $21 in Michiana?
