IG worthy space and epic lighting. This is a good spot for evening drinks right in K town. Huge drink menu and good apps and food menu for sharing. Lounge chairs in a huge space for all kinds of gatherings. Great service. And bartender service

We visited Zui Beer Bar on a Sunday evening and it was easy to get a table right away. My first time Here and I was blown away by the neon light art all over the bar. It gave a fun, futuristic vibe to the place You order off a QR code and the servers bring your food to the table. We got a pitcher of beer and two cocktails. My Pikachu cocktail took forever to arrive, I was almost done eating by then. We also ordered a bunch of skewers that arrived to our table right away and was fun to eat with the beer. We also enjoyed the takoyaki and honey garlic wings - great finger food that pairs well with booze. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return

Visited Zui Beer Bar for the first time and really enjoyed the vibe--lots of neon lights and cool design elements that give the place a fun, lively atmosphere. They offer a wide variety of unique drinks, and the prices were reasonable, especially for groups. My friends and I tried several drinks, and they were all solid. The food was good--not the best skewers I've had, but not bad. It's a great late-night spot to hang out, with food and drinks available until 3 a.m. Great service and overall a good experience, would go back in the future.

Came here on Friday night around 5:30pm. We were the first customers. It took 5 mins for staff to find us. Decoration was nice and bright, perfect for Friday night feeling. We were offered sofa seat with a table. But there was a cart with a lot of cups and cutlery which should have been hidden near the kitchen. It made me feel a bit awkward. Why was it right there beside me? I asked staff to remove it from our seat later. OK - it claims itself as "Beer bar" but their beer list was disappointingly short and ordinary. Corona, Alexander Keith, Bud - all in bottle fresh from LCBO, not on tap :( Each was more than $8 - outrageous. Sapporo? Sure there is, but only available in pitcher. Very, very disappointing. And cocktail line ups - the menu did not show any real pictures with actual recipes, just give you a vague descriptions sour, sweet, bitter, salty. Not appetizing. Did not order any. Then food. We had - Takoyaki - Marinated salmon. You should not expect good food here. Takoyaki tasted like the one heated from frozen. Salmon had a bad fishy aftertaste. If you are looking for something to take flashy pictures and somewhat unique experience, that may serve the purpose. To me, this place was nothing but disappointing. Location was good. Near Finch station. Space was clean. Nostalgic interior. Space between tables were good for privacy. Therefore, 2 stars.

The vibe of this place is really nice with lots of cool neon lights so definitely an IG worthy spot. However the food was ok, there are definitely better skewer places but theirs is not bad. There wasn't too much selection on skewers though but lots of good side dishes and snacks to go with your alcohol. The service was friendly as well.

Super cool Chinese bar filled with neon lights. Make sure to make your reservation way in advance! We did a walk in around 9PM trying to get a table for 10 people. We were quoted that the wait will be around an hour, which is no problem, we just went to another bar first before coming back. However, the wait ended up being 3 hours as they were waiting for one large table to leave before flipping it over to us. Again, it wasn't a problem for us since we were occupied at another bar anyway. But a reminder that if we ever want to go with a larger group to make a reservation in advance. Lots of people also tried walking in to get a table but had to wait and was turned away as well. Once we got in the vibes were immaculate. The interior is filled with lots of colourful neon lights which really adds to the bar experience. They also have a lot of fun drinks on their menu that you order through their qr code. We got a round of drinks that were super fun to share with the entire table. There was a tray of mini tea cups that had alcohol in it - this was super tasty and can barely taste the alcohol. Would get this again. They also have fruit alcoholic towers that are great for sharing. Lastly for sharing, we got a round of colourful shots that came in a UFO looking tray and a clear ball in the middle (see photos for reference). All the drinks are on the sweeter side so drink with caution in case of next day hangovers. They also serve food that is pretty tasty like the cold dish jellyfish, cold surf clams, and a variety of skewered meats. Overall I loved coming here and already trying to make a reservation for my next time back. Come with a larger group so you can have plenty of different drinks to share!

This place is vibes! This place gives you the feeling that you're at Chinese KTV establishment. Love the design, food , music and service! The food is pretty good for bar place, and the price was fair! The servers were also pretty attentive and speedy! I love the concept of how they give each table a light to help distinguish if they want to socialize with others! I would nightly recommend this place for people who want to hang out with friends! Cons: Cash and debit only.

Came here on a sunday night around 9pm and it was pretty empty. We got the sharable platter of finger foods which came with an assortment of skewers and fried foods. We also got a drink tower which lasted through the night along with the individual drinks we each ordered. They have unique drinks - our favourite was the MBTI drinks. You can order a curated drink for each of the 16 MBTI personalities and it also comes with a fun coaster of that personality. By the time we left, the place had filled up quite a bit. One downside was it was hard to get a waiters attention - we were a table of 8 and they only gave us one pitcher of water and it took forever to get their attention. Once we did, we asked for more water and an extra pitcher and they forgot the extra pitcher of water.

Great ambience from what I remember Service was ok from what I remember We waited 3 hours for our table cause another table ahead of us sat down at 5pm opening time and left at midnight. We waitlisted at 8pm for a 9:30 table Drinks were sweet but good but sweet from what I remember Food was ok from what I remember I don't remember much

Was looking for a place nearby to take some out of town guests and stumbled upon this place in the Yonge and Finch area. It has a nice atmosphere and very cool futuristic decor. Service was fast and servers were polite. You scan a qr code to order. The bar has mix of beers, cocktails, sake, and a couple of non alcoholic beverages like coke and Ramune sodas as well as some food options. The food is just average, nothing special. We got chicken skewers, which were a bit on the small side, but still flavourful and some spicy cabbage. I got the Lake Ontario cocktail, which didn't exactly look like what was pictured on the menu, but was alright. Expect bright, sweet and fruity flavours. So if you're looking for a place to just hangout and get a drink, this is a decent place to do that.

Great location at Yonge & Finch. Right next to the Finch station. Nicely decorated with lots of neon lights. It's a vibe! 2 floors with lots of seating. Good drinking spot. Cocktails were pretty and tasty. Also tried some skewers. Staff can be a little more attentive especially when it wasn't busy at all.

Good spot to hangout and get drinks with a few food/ snack options. They have a variety of different cocktails, shots, beer, etc. I like the individual booths which are pretty spacious and the LED lights are also nice. Atmosphere is good, service was okay. Open until 2am.

They have a jukebox to add in your songs (long waitlist) and honestly was quite packed on Friday night as well. The server Denis presented us to the dart room where a couple was there. Our group was 5 people so he asked them to just move to the other table so we can take the other two. There were 3 tables in that room. This was perfect because we basically were in a private room, huge plus! We arrived on time for the happy hour and got lots of drinks, no food at all. The shots were pretty watered down or just did not taste 40% vodka at all. Also grabbed two wine bottles outside of the happy hour. Place is quite nice, very fun. Got a free shot, server was so kind as well. A great night indeed. Washroom for women is downstairs and men's washroom was beside the darts room. Would love to come here again for sure.

The food was delicious. I couldn't finish the pasta because I also ate the garlic bread that came with it. So I packed that up to go home. Just keep in mind people this is a pub. It's not a gastro pub where the food is supposed to be michelin star. So adjust your expectations. Having said that I still think the food here is decent. I haven't had any horrible food here. Service: We had a lovely black lady serving us. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. But we have been served by her before. She's perfectly nice & our service from her was great. She took our drink orders first. And then we placed our main dish orders. The food came out relatively quickly as well. We came here for lunch on a Saturday. Ambiance: The furniture has been rearranged a bit. There used to be a sofa at the back near the stairs to the washroom. Now there's a large table there. Other than that it's still the cozy pub vibe. I'm not sure why people have given recent bad review for this place. Hubby & I have been going here on & off for years & not had a bad experience.

Both are non-negotiable and always hit. We still like to switch it up sometimes, and this visit we tried a few different dishes: * Kataifi-Wrapped prawn tempura: crunchy, and the wasabi mayo was my favorite part. * Nagasaki Champon with ramen: cozy and comforting. * Grilled Squid with butter: simple and done right * Beef Brisket Yaki Soba: savory and satisfying, with bonito flakes doing their little dance on top. * Karaage: coming from someone who doesn't love greasy food, this one was not greasy at all and still juicy inside. Lowkey missing their grilled beef intestine though Great highball selection as well. We got the peach highball for the one who likes sweet, and the yuzu highball for the one who likes sour. I went with the Snow beer Sapporo, topped with shaved frozen beer. Such a nice way to keep the beer cold without diluting it. Service here has always been amazing, whether they're busy or not, and that's a big reason why I keep coming back.

Out of the dishes we ordered, my favourite would be: grill pork belly, taro chips, yaki soba, and the fried shrimp prawn. If you want some chewy squid, then you could order the squid. The sauce tasted good but I could imagine cooking it to its perfection is hard, especially when the izakaya was actually pretty full due to the beer happy hour! The other issue would be finding a parking space. Otherwise, I would love to come back again.

When a friend suggested we go to Bistro Mujae for dinner, I was so curious about what it would be like. Tucked off a side street in Koreatown, Mujae has the vibe of an upscale tavern--classy wooden paneling, dim lighting, masterfully crafted dishware from Spirit Wares. From the get-go, the service was excellent, with the staff doing everything in their power to seat our unexpected table of 9 promptly. We ordered a variety of dishes to share. The pork ribs were extremely tender with the sweetness of the apple-kiwi marinade coming through nicely. The perilla cream kalguksu was a bit heavy, but it provided a nice rich and creamy balance to the gochujang-heavy dakdoritang. The server recommended getting the DIY rice balls instead of plain white rice to accompany our dishes, and that was a fun and flavorful alternative. However, I do think regular rice would suit the dakdoritang the best. The stir fried pork with kimchi had a nice bul-mat/wok-hei flavor, but it wasn't anything to write home about. One of the standout dishes was the Korean beef tartare, which had such a lovely pepperiness paired with the fragrance of the roasted sesame oil. In terms of general flavor- pretty solid; I'd be happy to go back. As a Korean fusion connoisseur, I do think there are several things they could tighten up flavor wise, particularly around finding dish-internal methods of lifting the earthiness of gochujang. It would also be great to see a few more light/refreshing dishes, especially with the summer coming up. But with such excellent service, I really don't have any complaints. Would definitely recommend for a night out!
