They CALLED THE POLICE ON ME FOR THEIR BOOKING ERROR. i had a ztrip ride get scheduled wrong. I got my confirmation text he was there. He said I booked my ride wrong and he couldn't take it. I said let me call dispatch to straighten this out. While I was in the phone with dispatch he called the police and reported me for trespassing. I was not hostile I was very calm trying to fix the error. It was ultimately just an intimidating tactic this driver used for what reason I don't know. I didn't get a ticket because there was no crime. I've been passed through call centers and trust me no one seems to know where the corporate office is. They said Fort Collins that's a lie It's actually a company called WHC. don't use the social@ztrip that's not corporate. Chat gpt for a directory of chief executives at WHC. They still haven't responded to me. But, I certainly don't like being treated like a criminal. Too bad it's the only taxi service in Fort Collins. I never got a notification that I would be picked up, which the company is supposed to notify the night before so I figured once again I have to cancel an appointment. I have been kicked out of 3 doctors due to no show because Ztrp driver's are always late or just dont show up so I canceled my appointment for my child, rather that getting booted from yet another doctor! They ran me through the gambit of the hiring process, which is fine, but the gambit for a very low paying job that required a lot of knowledge and leadership. Sat through a group interview on 6/23/2026 and following interview spent over an hour completing the drug screen. I had notified Gunnar Strickland (Driver recruiter) that drug screen was completed, and I was awaiting the email to approve to do background check and continue the next steps (5 total) on the handout given with the DOT drug screening paperwork given when sent to get drug screen. I emailed Gunnar the next day as I had still not been emailed and also had some questions about the leasing required for the driving position ($50+ a day if you drive your car and $80+ a day if you drive a company car) as I was only planning to work M-F I needed to ensure both that I could be guaranteed enough trips to actually make money to cover the lease and profit each day and that you only paid the lease on days you work, but again no email response so I called again and left a message with Tammie who also apart of driver recruitment for the company and no call back, so I called on 6/30 and got a text message from Gunnar saying he was in a meeting so I responded about awaiting to move forward and that I emailed with questions did he receive it and again no response so on 7/3 after a couple more days I called and left another voicemail and later that day got yet another text saying "in orientation is there something I can help you with?" so, I text back I am still waiting to complete the next steps and have questions about the leasing program again he did not respond so, days later I left a voicemail on Tammie's direct line about the issues and days later I get yet another single text from Gunnar saying "I am at a funeral" I responded with condolences and he sent a thumbs up emoji. Days later I left 2 more messages one for each Gunnar and Tammie notifying that it had been over 3 weeks since drug screen and one of them should return my call. Neither responded so I called the regular company number to request a manager over the recruitment department and was sent to someone's voicemail of whom again has not returned my call. The point of all this is if the recruitment team and management team are so unprofessional and incompetent how can anyone be surprised the reviews for the company and current drivers are barely 1 star across multiple platforms you can review companies? There is a strong need for ride sharing and NEMT drivers and this pathetic company realizes that and sadly know that no matter the reviews people still need to get to appointments or places and even as a last resort for average consumers they get the calls for rides. Went to a Walmart in Missouri. Had no trouble booking a ride to get there. Trying to get home was a different story. I ended up waiting 5 hours in the extreme cold until I took a cab with a worker going home for the night. I wish I could sue them! Don't use them! Horrible horrible company! Beware! They charge the driver like $60 to use one of their cars per day, which is basically the same as doing 2 trips AND they charge you $54 PER DAY to use their tablet! So basically you have to do FOUR trips to recover from their fees...so you are working for free for the first FOUR trips! What a greedy greedy company! Plus if the driver wants to use their own car they have to pay for their own gas and have wear and tear on their car. So you would have to work 8 to 10 hours JUST TO BREAK EVEN! And they will install cameras in your personal car and you can't turn them off when you're done with your shift?! That's a violation of privacy and against the law! When you have an appointment, especially a doctors appointment you need someone you could rely on, and Gerry's that one. he will never let you down. If he says he'll be there, he will be there and do everything. It takes to get there on time. If he's not on time, it's rare and believe me it's not his fault. He's never been late for me by the way. he's very professional and he knows what he's doing. You'll feel like you're in safe hands. But with all of that, he is so considerate. I would have rated it lower if I could. I am Kenneth G and I set up a cab pickup appointment on the 27th of March 2024 for the day of 3rd of April 2024 at 6:00am from home to the Union Station. The trip was to be a start of a train ride to a two week cruise. It was almost ruined when no vehicle showed up. I called and the dispatcher verified the trip and claimed she would send one out as soon as possible. But when I called back, she indicated she could not get a vehicle to me. I had to drive my own vehicle and park it in the Union Station parking garage which ended up costing me $460.00 total and would have ruined an expensive cruise vacation had I not have made it there in time. I would rather walk 20 miles than ever do business with this company. I am a caregiver to a totally awesome and very active individual who happens to be quadriplegic. Yesterday I worked an evening shift instead of morning shift so I could get them ready for a costume party they were really excited for. We called zTrip hours before the event to reserve a ride for him in a wheelchair accessible vehicle at a specific time. They confirmed. They sent him a confirmation text and said they would call about 10 minutes before pick-up at 7 pm. Well, about 6:55 rolls around and nada. So we call. They confirm his reservation and tell us they are just waiting on driver availability. K, good deal. 7:05 rolls around. Still nothing. We call back again. They apologize for the delay and said they will expedite to dispatch. Okay, great. 7:15 rolls around. We call again. At this point we requested to talk to dispatch. They acted defensive and asked why and we said because we needed to CONFIRM that there was even a vehicle available that night. We get connected to dispatch and they tell us, no. There is NOT someone on duty that night to drive a wheelchair accessible vehicle so they are trying to call people in. We look up the bus schedule and realizes that if they can put their wheelchair at full speed they may be able to make the bus in 12 minutes. However, zTrip calls back saying that have not 1, but 2 drivers available. So they headed back home. They were then told that they found a driver but that there had been 2 requests for a wheelchair accessible vehicle and the driver opted to only complete the drive for the location nearest to her. My boss never got picked up, missed the bus that could have taken them, and ended up missing this charity party that they really wanted to go to because this company never told us there was not actually an available driver to fit the needs thus giving us time to make other arrangements. We asked why we received a confirmation text if there was not a confirmed ride? They said the confirmation was for BOOKING. Not confirmation of a ride. Despite asking repeatedly with EVERY SINGLE CALL over a period of 3+ hours, including the FIRST call to schedule (which took 15 minutes and 4-5 transfers of my call) we were assured every time that a handicapped accessible vehicle WOULD be available. At no point did anyone tell us there was potential for this ride to not happen. In fact, zTrip canceled the reservation later without notification after there was STILL no vehicle 3 hours after the scheduled pick-up reservation. What if this would have been for a wedding? Or the birth of a child? For a legal appointment? To get required medications before the pharmacy closed? Absolutely unacceptable and with no true apology or explanation given. read more

OK - so let's talk about the zTrip courtesy to others... I and my son who has difficulty walking were leaving his doctor's office in Overland Park today. There was a zTrip van parked directly in front of the sidewalk so we could not get to our car without walking more than double what we should have walked. When we finally get in my car - the zTrip van, still parked in the same spot in the driveway was blocking my ability to back out of my parking space. The lady driver made no attempt to allow me space to leave... after trying to back up without hitting her - I gave up. I got out of my car and walked to her driver side, knocked on her window to ask if she was going to be very long.
