Game Day: Doug was timely, welcoming and had great information tips to enhance our experience at The KC Playoff game. He even brought extra jackets and hats just in case we needed them for the extreme cold temperatures. Doug arrived early after the game and communicated frequently to help us connect with him for pick up. We felt very safe knowing Doug was there to take us back to our hotel. He also gave us a tour of the iconic union station which allowed us to take some amazing photos. Tim arrived early to take us back to the airport. The service was impeccable, communication excellent, reliability made our first trip to KC safe and smooth. We will be back for more game days and will definitely use K-MO Limo. I spoke with a dispatcher and asked her how long it would be for a cab. She said "about seven minutes." It actually took less than five minutes for my cab to arrive! We got an awesome driver named Cindy. The fare to my apartment was less than what Yellow charges, and for once, the cab driver wasn't creepy! I'll definitely use this company again because it's cheaper and there are actually female drivers. They tend to stare less when they see a lesbian couple get in their cab. The only negative thing I have to say about Crown is that they don't have a lot of cabs, and there won't be one available at all times of the day. I called them the next morning so I could go pick up my car and there wasn't a cab driver working that early (around 0900).

I also waited less than 10 minutes to be picked up. Definitely worth it.

Luckily, I was able to schedule a car pretty quickly. Tim W., co-owner and operator, handled my questions and offered clear explanation of the price, policy and procedures. The price was quoted was the price I paid without any extraneous fees. Tim W. was very knowledgeable about traffic patterns so I was able to schedule a pickup time that significantly reduced the traffic delays others experienced getting to the venue. (Because I listened to him, we avoided sitting in traffic for hours behind a car accident and several stalled vehicles.) Once we arrived at the stadium, he parked in the lot that was near an exit so we were able to leave the stadium complex with ease. Tim W. was personable, polite, and professional. He arrived on time and had cool bottled water on hand. I highly recommend using Boulevard Limousine for all your transportation needs while you are in KC. Should I return to KC, I will definitely use this company again.

The booking process was straightforward, and the staff was very accommodating, ensuring that all our requirements were met. They were prompt in their communication and answered all our questions. On prom night, the limo arrived on time and in perfect condition. The driver, Geno, was incredibly polite and professional. He greeted the kids warmly and ensured that everyone felt comfortable and safe. It was reassuring to know that such a reliable and courteous person was taking care of the transportation for such an important event. He kept in contact with me, updating me as to their whereabouts. I got to lobby at 4:47am, he was already there looking for me and waiting for another customer getting coffee in the lobby. He took my luggage and opened van door for me, then loaded my luggage in back. We left about 5:50 am. Older gentleman driver, very friendly, kind, and courteous. He was also a safe driver. He seemed to love to talk so if u enjoy chit chatting sit up front. He was alert, talkative and cheerful, so I was glad for that since it was so early in the morning.
