Sandy has a calm ,soft manner and a soothing voice. It works! No whining,crying from nervous nelly. She's wagging her tail and beautifully coiffed with bows when I arrive. We have also had several occasions where they cut her dew claw too short and it bleeds. She is not squeamish when it comes to her nails so I have no clue how this is happening. It's an absolute ripoff, and I wouldn't go here if I had any other option to give my dog a bath when it's too cold to do outside. The place is also increasingly dingy and depressing, with no basic maintenance or upkeep. The walls and ceiling clearly have not been cleaned or painted this millennium.

Their prices are very fair and Carol texts me when she's 30 minutes out, which is great! They are never there more than a couple hours.
