I'm a regular here and love this place so much. As an anxious disabled individual this has become a safe place for me to go to let my service dog get a social non working outing for him to get all the attention he wants (it's never enough though lol he wants constant pets and loves people so much) The owner Lynn is amazing and so kind, she has brilliant ideas and amazing executions of such. The staff are always so nice no matter who is working or how hectic it is. If there is a pet that might cause an issue they are always there to help and take any risks very seriously. I've been going here since 2022-2023 and have enjoyed every visit. I just wish I had the funds to visit and support them more! (Also their Egg sandwich and smoothies are sooooo good) and love the retail side of things where I have gotten multiple poodle themed items including a sticker, a tote, and a wooden decor item. The mere fact that I can bring my dog into a coffee shop gives this place 5 stars! The drinks are the perfect temperature to sip on when served... I didn't burn the heck out my tongue! My dog loves the pup offerings (from meatballs to ice cream). The outdoor area is small than I thought with not much grass, but there is a grassy area adjacent where we could walk her. I finally found my coffee shop in STL that is super dog-friendly, and you can bring your pets indoors. Dogs even have their designated patio area for Zoomies (hint: the shop's name). If I have to do work and I want to go to a coffee shop, now I can bring my dog with me! I take him everywhere other than to work or when I have to stay in a coffee shop since most shops are not pet-friendly, but now, that issue is resolved. The interior of this shop is cozy and inviting and dog/pet boutique overload. I have never been so happy to enter a shop in STL, but this place delivered that. It is so spacious that the boutique and the counter are at the front of the shop. You enter a hallway that leads you to the backyard/patio zoomie area for your dogs, to the restroom, and then to another side of the building where the indoor seating area is located--do your work on your laptop, study, or do hangout with your other friends with their fur babies as well. I love this woman owned spot on Macklind! It's so close to me, and my pup Eddie loves it too :) We decided to go on a rainy day where we didn't get a big walk in. Right when you walk in, you're in the boutique part. There is literally everything you need for your pet in this pet boutique. The cafe part is nestled in here too. Eddie was so excited, and I was too to get my caffeine:) (hence the lack of pictures haha). I ordered a latte and a cookie, and she explained to me that you go into the left hand side of the building and she will bring it to me. We walked in and there were three other dogs in there enjoying the dog friendly couches and seats. There are toys in there for them to play, and ample space for them to run around. Eddie made friends, while I enjoyed my latte that was brought to me! There are also tables in there to eat (they have food) and where you can work at. Once you order your food or drink, head out to the fenced in mini dog park to let your dog run off leash for a bit. They even have a puppy playtime for dogs under 1 year old on Sundays. Check their website to sign up. Second: You have got to order the snickerdoodle latte. Nothing better than an iced vanilla + cinnamon + brown sugar + espresso drink. Or get there between 8-9 for their $5 drink/pastry combo. I also tried a non-alcoholic shrub cocktail made with Heirloom Bottling shrub mixes. Third: The pet merchandise is too cute for words. We love going to Zoomies for the cute shop, the great coffee, and a place for our little dog to play. With that said, several times we have gone when there have been dogs that are not friendly present and we simply do not understand why their owners think it's a good idea to bring them. It creates a tense environment for everybody and we end up leaving early and frustrated. We also don't understand why Zoomies allows those dogs and their owners to patronize their business if it makes it an unpleasant experience for the rest of the customers and their dogs. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS IF THEY ARE NOT PROPERLY SOCIALIZED AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THEM! You would think some people would be smart enough but... nope. read more

I loved this place! The staff was wonderful, lots of food options and the lattes were incredible. We all enjoyed seeing the cute dogs come in with their owners and hang out. It's a very relaxed and cozy vibe. The coffee is fabulous and the store area in the entry is very neat with lots of adorable items for purchase. Zoomies Pet Cafe (formally the Wagamama) is a wonderful experience for both your dog and yourself! The staff are all incredible kind and helpful, and there's so many treats and gift items for dogs and cats alike. My husband and I took our pups there for brunch this morning, and we all had a lovely time out back in the doggy play area. We were all able to eat our brunch together. My husband and I got the Egg Sandwich and the Breakfast Combo along with an Annie Iced Latte (blueberry and lavender flavored) and a Big Heart Tea Co. Iced Edith Grey Tea. The pups got some toasted ravioli dog treats and the bone broth flight. The staff came out with a tray of complimentary Steve's Hot Dogs for the pups, which was a super nice treat since my pups ADORE Steve's Hot Dogs. They gobbled them up quickly! The food here is AMAZING, and so flavorful! The Egg Sandwich (highly recommended) is grilled with Cheddar Cheese and a Garlic-Cayenne Aioli, which gives it a nice kick! It comes on a bed of arugula, so you can still get your greens in. One of the staffers has been working on some mocktails to add to the menu, so he came out and offered us a free sample of his take on a Pina Colada Mocktail. It was DELICIOUS! Can't wait until these are added to the menu! I love that Zoomies' Boutique offers so many items from local vendors around St. Louis! The pups love the variety of treats and toys available to purchase on our way out. The Wagamama is an amazing gift shop for a dog or cat lover. The best way to describe this shop is with a clip from their website - The Wagamama, a Japanese word basically meaning spoiled rotten child sums up the vision of our brand; a pet obsessed boutique where animals are loved and spoiled. I first discovered them on Facebook and knew immediately, that I had to shop this pet boutique. The moment I walked in, I was hooked. They had some of the most unique breed specific and generic gifts that I had not seen at other pet boutiques in the STL area. Best of all, they had special tags letting you know which items were "locally made" and there were a lot. Being a dog dad, I always get frustrated that there are so many items available for, "dog mom's". I was pleased to see many, "dog dad" items here and a couple of them ended up leaving the shop with me. I was also pleased to see my breed of choice, Shelties to have several items available as well. Yes, those items left with me as well. If you've got a dog or cat lover on your Christmas list and haven't found their gift yet, you need to shop here. My cousin is a black Lab mommy and I found the perfect item to round out her holiday gift. It was a delight chatting with the young lady working. Driving by is a little confusing. It looks like a pet photography studio that has a tiny area for tea and coffee drinkers. I was curious, but not curious enough to get here sooner. What a nice surprise it was to discover that they have a decently large dining room (leashes pets allowed) a large back patio and a decently large food and beverage menu!! The pet-themed items in the shop are well-curated and set up so nicely. Any pet-lover would find something for themselves, their pets, or as a gift to a fellow pet parent. The coffee and the food I've tried has all been incredible! The bread for the toast is Mr. Meowski's sourdough, which is local, and they also partner with local bakery Prioritized Pastries. I love taking my puppy here to get some playtime in! We've been here about five times and have only encountered really gentle and playful dogs. Essentially, Wagamama is part cafe and part dog park. They have fantastic treats for the humans and really adorable toys and accessories for dogs. You can sit inside the cafe or go outside, and there is a gated area for dogs to run around off-leash. The lattes are excellent and I really enjoy the egg sandwich. It's a great place to meet up for brunch and a puppy playdate on the weekend. I've stopped by twice during the week, but there usually isn't anyone there, so unless you are meeting friends, I recommend going on weekend mornings to ensure your dog has the most fun. read more
