Because they couldn't read where the expiration date was, I was emailed that they cannot accept my dog claiming the record doesn't have an expiration date at 10:20am the day of the appointment before 1pm. What an absolute frustrating experience and biggest waste of time all because someone couldn't read the details.

Petbar offered to give me a small discount and some minor services the next time But no medical expense. However, I'm super picky about the groomers for my pup, and COVID-19 made it hard for me to feel comfortable sending her anywhere to get groomed. Luckily, I came across the site for Petlocks and saw all the wonderful work Lee has done on her clients! Mali is a 10 lb senior maltese-poodle mix. It has been about 8 months since her last grooming (I personally trimmed her every month). Mali was scared at first (like always), but looked so comfortable and at home when I came to pick her up at the groomers! I've never seen her so comfortable before, so I knew she was in good hands. The staff is super sweet! Lee was able to understand what I was asking for and delivered above and beyond expectations! Lee told me Mali was matted all over, but she was patient with Mali and the outcome was so adorable! They even sent me a cute little photo once she was all done and ready to be picked up.
