I sent over via screenshots of my dogs vaccines they included when they where administered and the expiration in the second column. Because they couldn't read where the expiration date was, I was emailed that they cannot accept my dog claiming the record doesn't have an expiration date at 10:20am the day of the appointment before 1pm. What an absolute frustrating experience and biggest waste of time all because someone couldn't read the details.

My doodle was injured on his face when he got caught on a broken wire gate. They told and said they would pay all vet bills. Two days later they said it was the dog's fault and would not pay the $103 for the vet medications. Today I had to take both dogs that were groomed back to the vet for $259.37 for more medication and help. Petbar offered to give me a small discount and some minor services the next time But no medical expense. They also said I should have had a more experienced groomer which was the one they recommended! I have the pictures they took of his injuries; it is inconceivable that it is the dogs fault.

They not only take a personal interest in your fur baby but they have amazing prices. The owner cathleen truly cares about the animals. She took the time out to listen to me about my babies allergies and personality and took amazing care of her. I have been to places that my dog was nothing but a number on the appointment book. I have have had such bad cuts that when I took her back they acted like it was my dogs fault that she couldn't get cut properly. I picked up my baby today and she was happy and evening cut all over.
