Because the staff pays such close attention to the dogs in their care, they noticed a problem early on. JoJo had been acting completely normal at drop-off, but a couple days into her stay, they sensed something was wrong and trusted their instincts.They immediately stepped up and took JoJo to the emergency vet. Mandie stayed by JoJo's side when we couldn't, acting as her comfort and protector while we cut our trip short and raced back home. Even after we returned to town and took over, Mandie constantly checked in on JoJo to see how she was doing.The most incredible part is that we didn't even really know Mandie, and we have never met her in person. JoJo had only been there for daycare and boarding a handful of times. For Mandie and the staff to treat JoJo with this level of devotion, love, and urgency is truly extraordinary. They didn't just board our dog; they saved her life and looked after our family during a terrifying time. We will never take JoJo anywhere else!

When I dropped him off, I specifically declined the late-night treat because I know my dog does not like peanut butter. However, when I picked him up the next day around 2:00 PM, I was surprised to find charges on my bill for both a "late" pickup and the late-night treat that I had declined. The most concerning issue, however, was my dog's condition when he came home. He was covered in fleas. Prior to his stay, he did not have a flea problem, and he had even been to the vet the day before boarding with no issues noted. Finding him infested immediately after boarding was extremely upsetting. Not only was this uncomfortable for my dog, but it also created a problem in my home that now requires treatment and additional expense. In addition, my dog is normally very high energy, but when he came home he slept the entire first day, which was highly unusual for him and added to my concern about his overall condition after his stay. Between the unexpected charges and the flea issue, this was a very disappointing experience. I would encourage pet owners to carefully review their invoices and thoroughly inspect their pets after pickup.

It's close to my work, making it very easy to drop off and pick up. After reading reviews we decided this was the place for us, Three+ years later, our pup still goes there most days. He's excited to be dropped off and happy to be picked up. The employees are great with the dogs, and I get daily reports of his adventures. Most of all, we also get peace of mind that he bid safe and not all by himself all day when we are at work. Suzette is great with him and greets him by name. She's taken additional security measures to keep the facility safe and secure (not in the best neighborhood, but that's not her fault, and not a reason not to take your dog there). All in all, we're very happy with our decision and recommend this business to anyone who wants a safe and caring place for their pup. 10/10

These people are scammers. Or incompetent…read more They charged me $81 for a consultation with a vet prior to a dog dental cleaning. I was told she didn't need any extractions or special procedures and that they'd EMAIL me the estimate. Why am I being emailed an estimate after I'm gone? Shouldn't I be able to ask questions to the vet I just paid $81 to see? Well, they sent me numerous emails over the next couple days but no estimate. I had to call and ask for it twice. They sent it the day before the surgery. $860 for a "routine" dental. That is HUNDREDS more than other places charge. And why could I receive emails asking me to rate them, but not their ridiculous estimate that they felt I was just supposed to accept no questions asked the day before the procedure? I canceled. Went to my old vet 40 min away. Surprise! She DID need extractions, so I'm not sure what the point of that $81 consultation was. My vet said she had a hole in one of her teeth he could have put an instrument ALL THE WAY through it! How was that missed if they really looked at her? They charged me for nothing and then would have called me during the procedure that it would be more. After 2 extractions AND cleaning, it was still $325 CHEAPER than just their estimate for a "routine cleaning."

I can only assume shes the manager/owner considering she the way was talking to all the other employees and how she was dressed. I think she comes in randomly and has employees wash the dogs. No complaints about that. It's the quality of the cut. She charged luxury prices to buzz a my dog even after I'd brushed and detangled my her myself, TWICE, both times claiming she was matted, I took her word for it the first time because who am I to tell a professional how to do their job. but after the second time she just buzzed my dog for no reason and blamed matting (which I know is untrue) we went to Petco and got the best groom for a reasonable price, not only faster, but she looks amazing!! (Petco) When you do a good job you'll get a better rating and return clients.
