    PSA: Do Not Take Your Dogs Here!! Angelic pet services We set up an appointment a week and a half early to have our dog groomed. They had an 11am appointment available. I took her in at 10:45 and the lady at the front was super sweet and made sure to ask exactly what we wanted our dogs haircut to look like. At 2:30 I called to check on the status of our dog so that my husband could pick her up from work if she was almost done. They told me no she won't be done until after 5pm. I asked why it has taken so long and they explained they had a poodle that took 2 people to work on. I then asked if she has had anything done up to this point ( If she hadn't and they were to busy, we would pick her up and make another appointment). I was told she has been washed and trimmed before they preformed the shave and nails. Okay, I understand things happen. At 5pm, I call and ask for an update and get told it would be another 2 and a half hours. At this point it's unacceptable. 9 hours to groom a 14 pound dog is ridiculous. I told her I would be there in a few minutes and not to do anything more. I will pay for what has been done. Even, if it's just a bath. I get a phone call as I'm pulling into the parking lot stating they will try and do an express cut. Yeah, no! Im in the parking lot please have my dog at the front ready to go. I walked into the building and no one is even in the front of the building. All you can hear is the owner yelling and cussing about the situation. She then proceeds to tell her husband to handle the situation and sends him to the front after telling him to not bring my dog up there. He comes up and states that things happen and they can't guarantee times on animals. I said I understood but that should of been stated at the time of drop off that it would possibly be an 8pm pick up time. That's 9 plus hours my dog would of been there! If I would of known that, I would not of left my 12 year old dog. At this point I hear a dog crying so loud with a shaver. I'm 100% sure this was the owner shaving spots into my dog. She has her associate bring trixie up and she has random shave marks all across her body. How is this possible when I was told she was trimmed and bathed at 2:30 when I originally called??? Well it's not possible.... She was never bathed or touched. She was thrown into a kennel for 6 hours and not touched. I asked how much I should expect to pay for this and was told just a nail trim. Of course after the lies and experience we have had I looked down to see her nails weren't even cut. They still had dirt under them. The check out lady comes over to look and says" oh she didn't do it" and tried to take my dog out of my arm as I said " no we aren't doing this" and walk out. I get home and let my dog into the house and she runs straight for the water bowl. I have never seen my dog sit there and drink so much water in the 12 years we have had her. She wouldn't take food, treats or even cheese when she got home. She was traumatized by the treatment she received. Reviews speak for themselves and lesson learned, I should of listened!

    My dog smelt good when I picked him up and 1 area looked like it had been trimmed but for $123 I expected him to have been trimmed around the ears and some other places. He was supposed to have "the whole shabang"...with teeth cleaning and paws trimmed and nails trimmed...i mean everything but he barely looks any different. I want part of my money back and I will never take him back here again. My dog was there for just right at an hour when i was told it would take 3 to 4 hrs

    We were nervous to take our golden doodle for her first grooming knowing we would be picky with how she looked. She has gone to groomers before to have her hair trimmed out of her eyes, but that's it. We arrived and discussed what we were looking to have done and stressed we did not want her hair to be shaved short. We dropped her off at 9am and still hadn't heard anything about her by 3:30pm. We decided to call before heading home from running errands in the area and after 5 attempts of trying to call without anyone answering we decided to head home. Once we pulled into the driveway we get a text message that she was ready to be picked up. Once we get there to pick her up she had been shaved really short, and nothing on her head had been trimmed. After waiting 20 minutes she is finally done over an hour after we were told we could pick her up. We expressed or displeasure with her appearance and the young lady went back to check with the groomer as to what went wrong. She came back and said this is the length that you requested and that you didn't want the skin to show. We said no, we never said anything like that and proceeded to show her the exact length we requested and were recommended by one of the groomers when dropping her off. After that she walks back again and comes back to let us know that we weren't going to be charged for any of the services today since they got the cut wrong. I'm assuming the paperwork with our dog's info was mixed up with another dog. I'm grateful they were willing to cover the cost but never once was there any sort of verbal apology, nor did the head groomer/owner speak to us when this was our first time using them. As we were leaving they said we'll put a note in the computer so that doesn't happen next time. Unfortunately there's not a next time. While we waited for her to finished the phone was constantly ringing with no one answering. Another gentleman was waiting to pick up his dogs because he was told that they would be ready by then only to be told it would be 2 more hours. We were willing to give them a second chance had some empathy been given and to feel like we mattered as a patron, especially if the owner was in the back the entire time because he let his dogs out as we were leaving and introduced himself as the owner to us but mentioned nothing about our issues.

    DO NOT go to Angelic Pet Services in burleson unless you want to get charged $300 just to have your dog come back to you in HORRIBLE shape. My wife took our husky, Kado, for his appointment to get groomed, that was set up last Saturday, at 10am today. After being dropped off my wife recieved a call from the business at 12:18pm asking if they can give him a CBD treat because he is "freaking out" which my wife agreed too and they also advised my wife our dog only has a few more hours left until he is ready. Then at 4:47pm my wife called to get an update as she had not heard back which she did not get an answer to the phone call, my wife called again at 4:55pm and got a answer from them and they told her they tried to call her but her voicemail was not set up(which is a lie, her voicemail box is set up) and that our dog would be ready at 6:00pm. At 6:00 pm i went with my wife to pick up our dog, when we were greeted they asked if we recieved a call telling us he was ready. We responded with no as they told us he would be done at 6pm so thats when we showed up. Our dog was still not ready until 6:30pm, we left with just a simple "Have a great weekend!" and nothing else. After we got home we noticed our HUSKY had his stomach shaved with no mention to us (we NEVER mentioned that or told them to do this as you are never supposed to shave a husky)he still had a bunch of mats in his fur that were not brushed out (my wife told them to make sure to brush him good), all of his paws were red and looked raw, and his right leg dew claw was bleeding. I attached all pictures of everything we noticed down below, all pictures were taken 30 minutes after we got home. I drove back up to the business to get a refund as this was unacceptable. When i arrived I mentioned all of the above info to the front desk lady and advised i need a refund because this is unacceptable. The front desk lady walked to the back to speak to someone, as i heard the lady speaking to someone in the back i overheard another lady say some things that were not able to be heard but at the end of her sentence i did hear "...because i will get in his face." which i thought was weird and very rude. A man came out and spoke to me asking me about what was going on, i again mentioned all of the issues above and the man asked for pictures. I showed him the same pictures below that have TIMESTAMPS showing the date and time (all of them were taken 30 minutes after getting home) and advised i needed a refund. The man stated to me "we cant refund the full $300" and also stated to me "there was a miscommunication regarding the shaving which will have to be addressed". I responded saying that I need some type of refund because the service i paid for was unacceptable. The man then walked into the back again to speak with a lady, who im assuming is the owner and is a terrible owner. He came back out to tell me she needs me to bring my dog back up there to see whats going on, at that point i walked out of the business as i was very pissed off and no longer wanted to deal with these idiotic people. I am not going to bring my dog back up to this place where he was just at for 8 AND A HALF HOURS and i do not want these people anywhere near my dog again, I just provided photos WITH TIMESTAMPS showing the horrible service. What else needs to be seen? I really hope this place gets shut down, these people do not deserve to be grooming dogs if they cant even handle something like trimming nails or paw pads without hurting the dog.

    Y'all. They did miracles with my havanese-mix, Biggie Smalls. He's a rescue who spent his first year in a crate, so meeting new people and getting groomed is stressful to him. But everyone at Angelic was so patient with Biggie. And he looked like a COMPLETELY different dog when i picked him up! I didn't know he could be so white and so fluffyyyy!!! He was Fancy.... SADLY....as soon as we got home and out of the car, Biggie took off and chased a gaggle of geese straight into the pond. Pictures of before i dropped him off, when i picked him up (he's so happy), and after we pulled his ass out of the pond. Angelic, I'll be calling you tomorrow. He stinks.

    Disappointing. I've come here 4 times in the past 7 months and every time was great until now. I dropped her off for her appointment at 10:30am and they didn't get her back to me until 5:55pm. She was only supposed to get washed, trimmed, ears cleaned, toenails clipped, teeth brushed and the usual load I've always done that has only taken 3-4 hours before. This was 8.5 hours and I live an hour away. Not only did they waste my time but when I got my dog back she was sad and stressed. Her left eye was damaged and she could barely open it. Her coat was shaved down. Never coming back again.

    I don't think bisquick has ever been happier after getting groomed! She is a chihuahua terrier mix & has SUPER wirey hair. She hates getting her hair and nails done. But with Suzanne she doesn't mind! We have taken Bisquick to the vet to have her nails done and they butchered her nails, after that bisquick would NOT let anyone touch them. But now she is SO much better with it. I highly recommend to ANYONE with a fur baby! Suzanne loves animals and she's so sweet and actually cares for your pet!

    I took my schnauzer here and they did a great job! The staff is very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be returning.

    Abusive to your pets and unprofessional. I would never take my furbaby here. Scary. Your babies are not safe here!
