I took my little Yorkshire to get her hair done and the groomer did a excellent job. I used to go to PetSmart until I seen what went down with the groomer and the little dog how it got mistreated so I started going to Pet Supplies and they trimmed Skyler's toenails and grind them and they made them look better than they've ever look, and I was so glad to get there to pick up chocolate because she looks so beautiful she had a little blue bows and her ears something that PetSmart never did do I will never take my dog anywhere else except for the Pet Supplies on Crowley Road and 1187 beside Kroger. read more

I usually bring Princess in for a buzz cut when her mats get out of hand, and I just want to say that every time she comes home, she is happy--and that's what matters most to me. It's clear she's well taken care of and has a good experience with her groomers. There was a small incident during one visit, but the team went above and beyond to make sure Princess was okay and that everything was resolved. if II were possible I would not give them any stars. The so called groomer I had on December 08 2025 was The Absolute Worst Groomer I've Ever Encountered in my 40 plus years of being a Dog Mom. If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. I have never experienced such carelessness from a groomer . We took in our 2 month puppy and she cut so far down and one was so bad there was literal PUDDLES of blood. She put in little to no effort to stop or fix the situation. She was rude and annoyed from the moment we walked in when we were asking questions about which options would be best for her. If your going to provide services to animals, at least have the decency to act like you care about the animals. However, I believe it was the store retail manager, who seemed to try fix the situation by offering to clean her up and giving us a disinfectant for her foot. Every time we come in she's phenomenal at her job. If we come back, it would be because of her. Don't stop shopping here, just don't take your babies here. read more

I just went by Pers supplies Plus in Crowley for the first time. I needed dog food. I decided to splurge and get some pricy bones. I went to pay and the cashier Allison asked if I had a rewards card, I said no and she rang me up. She didn't tell me I needed one for the sale, so it cost me full price which was about $15 extra. I told her she should have told me and she said "it said it on the sign"! I told her I wanted to not purchase them but she already completed the transaction. So then I had to return them and now wait for the refund to go back on her card. The manager Kimberly came by to approve the refund and I told her she should make sure employees explain the rewards card, and she very rudely said "sure thing"! This place is overpriced with the very worst customer service. I will never go back. read more

This is now my favorite pet store. I'm always greeted with a smile, by the helpful staff, and they take care of me in a friendly, professional manner. The selection here is great, especially the can cat food. Most grocery stores right now are getting short on cat food, but here I found a great selection. I went to the groomers at the Pet Supplies Plus here in Crowley for the first and LAST time. I have a 13 year old Maltese that is normally groomed by an individual but wanted to see if this would be better and closer for me. The Full Service is what I selected which is $65 that doesn't include nail trimming so added that for additional $10.00. When I made her apt it was for 1:00 on Saturday with Nichole. When I got there the whole area was full of fur over and on EVERYTHING which I know is a groomer place where fur will be but this was ridiculous I couldt even put my wallet down.. Ok so moving on the actual service or lack of. I think the $65 full service was a shave with clippers ONLY she still had dirt on her and she is a WHITE Maltese so you can see it very easily. The fur around her feet are the same as when I left her. The tear stains that my other groomer always gets off were still there and even still on her chin. Do not feel she was given a bath at all and while making the apt was told they would give her whitening shampoo that smells great. NO this didn't happen. She looks horrible and it took close to 4 hours to get her back when it usually takes 1 hour at most from drop off to pick up. When I get her from another groomer she smells so good and white and well just GROOMED.. I will have to do what I didn't get done with what I have tomorrow after my dog calmed down from today. oh when I asked about the tear stains she said " i know where is a way to get if off from TikTok but I don't know how "  -- read more

The people at this store are very friendly and helpful, but this is about the salon. I took my little dog in who was starting to get a little long and needed grooming. I believe this lady may have been the manager over the grooming area. Anyways, I asked how long it would be 3 or 4 hours? She said "oh no not even that long". This was at 10:00 Am. After not hearing from them I called about 3:00 and asked about my dog. She said "Oh, another dog came in all matted so I started working on that dog." I said I need to get my dog as I needed to pick up my son, I was starting to feel weird about the whole thing as she was a little gruff. She said give me an hour. I went ahead and went up there in thirty minutes and my dog was running around the room. She had forgotten to do a service and so she took that off the price. The next week I went to give my dog a bath and as soon as I pulled out and started the hair dryer she went nuts. She nearly jumped off the cabinet, was wimpering and shaking. I give my dog weekly baths and she has never acted this way. So, she chose to stop grooming my dog and started working on another dog, forgot a service, and something happened to my dog that traumatized her severely. Now, every time I put my little dog in the car she starts shaking. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more
