We had a good time. Drinks were inexpensive and staff was friendly and attentive. The environment was cool and I liked the theme. They have a limited food menu that's served all night, which was nice. The only drawback was it was kind of cliquey with the patrons. There was eye balling and it didn't feel horribly welcoming. I was visiting from LA and my bf and I wanted to check out a bar so we found this one close by to where we were staying. When we got there it wasn't too busy but the vibe was cool. We ordered our drinks at the bar and immediately we were welcomed and given a menu. I ordered a zombiefucker which reminded me of a jolly rancher. It was so good! We played pool and they had live bands playing. Toni, a bartender we met was so sweet! She recommended drinks and gave us a shot of whiskey to try and it literally taste like coffee. It was delicious! We went on a Saturday night, which they usually don't have karaoke but Toni learned we were from LA so she asked if it could be set up for us. She went above and beyond to feel us welcomed. Everyone there was so nice and only had nice things to say. At the end of the night, Toni walked us out and gave us two souvenir glasses. She was the best bartender I have ever encountered. Thank you so much Toni and hopefully we do meet again soon! read more

Here's the deal. I was impressed with the friendliness of the bartender as well as the theme of the establishment. The women's bathroom has the appropriate amenities but the men's room 1. Has no lock on the door 2. Has no toilet paper 3. Has no soap 4. Has no running water in order to flush the toilet. We mentioned this to the bartender and he just casually replied that yeah, that's how it is. Soooo when you use the restroom and have nowhere to wash your hands I have to assume you are using dirty poop hands to serve us our drinks. Yucky. read more

Alright, this bar is a little different. But being a good friend, I accompanied my girl Amanda here. She would live here if she could. They have TV's all over the bar and they play different horror movies on them. They only serve beer here and 4 Lokos which was actually pretty cool to me. And they have live local bands that play in the venue next door. It's a fairly small place. Picnic table seating and a friendly atmosphere. I felt that I stuck out like a sore thumb because it had kind of a "goth" theme, but whatever. read more

My kind of place! The interior decorating is 2 thumbs up if you're into all that creepy gore stuff! The bartenders are awesome I got lucky enough to meet the owner she was badass! Gave me a souvenir that is not on display in my kitchen! Drink prices are awesome! They will make any kind of shot you want! On the weekend they have a handful of local bands playing! Good, cheap, beer. One of my fave places to go after a long day after work with my bestie. It's near our houses, it's not a stereotypical goth bar, all kinds of people come in, but it would be a benefit to you to like hard rock/metal music since that is what is usually playing on the jukebox, and it has zombies. read more

Seems like a decent place to chill after a long day at work. I didn't stay for the bands, since I'm honestly not into hard rock/metal, but pre-music it was pretty chill. Only a few people, one pool table, you can sit inside or outside and they have a jukebox for rock/metal music only. The bartenders are also pretty good and can mix a mean drink. read more

This bar is by far my favorite place to hang out, chitchat and enjoy company with good people. I'm not into metal, but it's ok because it's a rock bar with a zombie theme. Drinks are amazingly priced and the staff is very sweet. The owners are in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. They go above and beyond to make it a great night for all. Any given night of the week is the perfect night to go, great specials during the week and live bands on the weekends. While driving around I spotted a sign that said zombies so I looked it up to see what this mysterious place was. Once I read a little about it I was convinced my friends and I had to make a stop there. l love the concept of the bar and the live music was a nice touch. My friends mainly listen to country and they even enjoyed the music as much as I did. The best part about this place is the drinks. They are good and cheap! Different, Metal, Sub culture, Dark, Gory, and FREAKING AWESOME. I always have a great experience when I go to zombies, especially on Mondays (where they tend to have free food, which is always delicious). If you haven't notice, this is a gothic/heavy metal bar, but they are some of the nicest, accepting, caring individuals you can meet. The bar staff are great, drinks amazing, and prices to die for (pun intended). Went on the first Friday for karaoke. Wasnt busy at all so service was pretty fast and the drinks were pretty cheap.

Great drinks, silly you have to pay 5 dollar cover charge. The band's they have there were good. The sound could have been lowered being in a small building. If the building were double the size then yeah I can see why you would turn up the volume. All in all it was fun next time I'll wear ear plugs to soften the sound a bit. read more

I love beer, I love zombies, and I love great service. I like bars that are respectful and everyone is friendly. This is one of my favorite bars to go to now. Music is awesome and owner Steve knows what he's doing. All the bartenders deserved to be tipped. They are great and very sociable. Zombies has very cheap beer and shots, and a fun zombie theme, and some great heavy metal live-music acts. As you can see in the pictures here, the zombie theme is splattered all over the bar, and many of the patrons wear "costumes" very compatible with the theme as well. At off-peak times when the lovely raised stage isn't hosting a band, the jukebox has a good selection of metal as well. read more

Drink prices are great, which is wonderful because you'll need multiple drinks if you plan on being here for more than 5 minutes. They would probably have more business if they lost the gore décor on the bar tops. I wonder if they realize how awful the male:female ratio is. You want people in your bar? Make it more comfortable for women. Women show up, men show up, they buy the women drinks, the bar makes more money. Also, a lot of the clientele that show up are very low income, which it seems the bars ambience caters to. I'm thinking Bar Rescue needs to come in and fix the place up. read more

This will be the first and last time I got to this place. The owner is way too strict. I understand she can run the business the way she likes but this was ridiculous. I was outside in their patio area and was leaning in a chair against the gate and was talking to a woman. The the owner runs outside and tells me to leave because she is afraid of the police seeing me leaning in a chair. I called my cab and left. Too bad because the place seems pretty cool. This is a great place to chill, listen to rock music and have some drinks. The Zombie and Banana Bile drinks were great! They are packed with alcohol and can sneak up on you so take it slow. The bartender was super friendly and helped make the experience even better. We will definitely be back soon! read more

I was kind of worried about going here because I'm not a huge fan of heavy metal music. However this bar was awesome! They had live music which I'm always a fan of and the drink prices were ridiculously cheap. The bar tender was super attentive and they had pool and darts. I love going here with my mates, beers are always nice and cold and if the drink you want made isnt on the menu, just ask amd theyll get it made. I love the music they jam and seeing local bands play on their stage is always a treat. My only complaint is the mens room. It is just bad, and I mean really bad.
