After taxes and fees, tickets for a 7:00 time slot on Friday were $49 apiece. Definitely expensive, but I felt we easily got our money's worth. It's in the middle of nowhere south of Mullica Hill. We got there around 6:40 and parking was easy with floodlights in the lot and many signs and attendants guiding cars. There are four different attractions included in the ticket. It starts with a hayride, then onto three different areas that you walk through. Each area is an absolute assault on the senses: loud music and sound effects, actors jump scaring you, running at you screaming with chainsaws, flashing lights and bursts of fire everywhere. Definitely fun but not for the faint of heart. Everything here is truly next level from the costumes and makeup on the actors, to the pyro technics, to the hundreds of animatronics, and the overall attention to detail in the set designs. Afterwards they have campfires to sit by and lots of food for purchase. It was really nice to sit and just people watch and enjoy the atmosphere. Just an all around classic South Jersey Halloween experience that everyone should try at least once. If haunted attractions are your thing, you definitely need to try this one.

This was our first year doing Haunted Paintball before doing the haunted attractions and yall, I would highly recommend it! So much fun, you can buy refills on the trailer to continue shooting also. The haunted houses were amazing as well. I appreciate the switch up in attractions to keep stuff new and entertaining.

The lines were easy to navigate for us but other people seemed confused about validating tickets. Buying online helps avoid the wait & i did just that when I was being passenger princess on the ride. The hayride was really great! Full of big decor & things to pop out when you least expect it. The hayride was a hit for me. The cornmaze and haunted house have people going in all at once so it really prevents people from being spooked when you can already see whats going to happen. While they were great, they really made it harder to be scared because no one was there to help regulate the flow. It really ruined the experience. If they could just get a handle on that, itd be a 5 star.

I purchased the tickets ahead which was pricey but overall worth it! The tickets included admittance to the three attractions which were the haunted house, hayride and the corn maze. My fav was the corn maze, the actors did a good job with jumping out at random moments. I definetly got a good scare or two lol! My only gripe was the long lines, each attraction took about 40 minutes to enter due to the long lines. At the end we got cinnamon sugar donuts which were hot and delicious!

We saw many younger children that also spent time at the small baby lambs and goats petting zoo. This was a nice added touch. The DJ was also great that played upbeat music. The food was reasonable and a good mix of favorites. Funnel cake, fried Oreos, chili, chili cheese fries, street corn, empanadas and street tacos to just name a few.... Truly a night of good times... So I took a trip down to the Field of Terror... located in the middle of nowhere in East Windsor, NJ. There isn't an actual parking lot- you're going to have to park your car in the middle of a field, but there are parking attendants to guide you. And yes, it's free! Luckily the lot is right near the farm so don't worry about walking too far. You can purchase your tickets online or once you get there. I came on a Thursday night 10/24 and there were no lines at all. There's a couple of ticket options depending on how many haunted attractions you want to do. There are 5 in total: Haunted Hayride, Kornfield Maze, Karnival, Timmery Manor, Paintball Wagon Ride. One attraction = $20 Two attractions = $35 Three attractions = $45 Four attractions = $50 Five attractions = $65 We didn't have much time so we only did one attraction, the Haunted Hayride. There was no wait at all, so we were able to get on right away. The entire attraction lasted about 15 minutes. I don't want to spoil anything.... but it was enjoyable. However, coming from someone who is the biggest scaredy cat, I wasn't SUPER spooked... so see for yourself. The farm itself is small and easy to navigate. All of the attractions are close to one another. There were actors walking around and I definitely got a couple of jump scares LOL. They have food stands available at very reasonable prices (mostly carnival/fair-themed food like burgers, fries, funnel cake, hot dogs). Plenty of seating to enjoy your food. There's a merchandise store with cute apparel and goodies. They also have a farmer's market selling some of their produce. Since I only did one haunted attraction, take this review with a grain of salt. Was it worth $20? Ehhhh, not really. But give it a try if you're in the area and see for yourself. Get spooky.

They did a good job of trying to scare you with using fog or light that blinked a lot. I do feel like they could have done a better job with the haunting. Like there was one section where there was a tunnel and it was too foggy to see anything. There were a ton of mannequins you had to walk past. I think it would have been nice if they would have had some actual people in there so they could come back from behind and scare you. The haunt also featured palm readers and had a bar where they were also playing live music. There were some characters dressed up near the bar as well which was interesting. The staff was really friendly and took an ample amount of pictures for us. If you bought premium tickets, there was a separate line and they had access to a VIP bar as well (to be honest, it didn't seem worth it to me but I also wasn't drinking).

I don't scare easily at all and one of them actually got me. I did not like the spin bridge thing I was dizzy but I get that the point. I don't like that you dint have a choice of which order to do the attractions in that you have to do them in order and there's nothing really in between like a bonfire or snacks, bathrooms were plentiful though. Also my favorite part of haunted places is always the hayride so I missed that but again everything that was there was really good. The asylum part itself was the best part. There was some sort of incident at the end and we were rushed out and it was hush hush so we didn't get snacks or shopping at the end but it's ok the kids got frosty's at Wendy's on the way home. I would recommend and do it again.

The scare actors timed their approaches perfectly and scared the living !@#$%^&* out of me more than ten times. I was scared out of my mind at one point and thought about leaving, but I had to continue because, well, I paid for a VIP ticket! At one point, I could not see in front of me and I felt so discombobulated that I wanted to sit and calm myself down. Right after I left the haunt, I felt really nauseous. That's how scary this was. This haunt is THE BEST HAUNT IN PHILLY 2025. Eastern State Penitentiary was good. Lincoln Mill was better. But this haunt... jeez, it's on another level. Nobody's paying me to say any of this. I like going to places without someone else swaying my opinion. The scenes are really good and well thought out. Lincoln Mill tried copying one of the scenes at Fright Factory but it pales by comparison to Fright Factory. You will be scared out of your mind when the monster approaches you in it. Big props to the creepy clowns. They make Art the Clown look normal by comparison. One clown in particular had this way of approaching me that was hella creepy. I was freaked out! I timed this haunt on my smart watch at 25 minutes from start to finish. It is described as three parts/acts/sections according to their web site and other reviews. There's more to it than just thinking about the haunt as sections. If you submerge yourself into any one room for too long, you will see, as I did, how scary that could be. I was hightailing it out of certain areas as fast as I could as the monsters chased after me, sometimes for long corridors before they let up. You're looking at a much longer haunt stepwise than most other haunts. According to my smart watch, I experienced almost 4 minutes of 127+ bpm heart rate (that's super high intensity), about 11.5 minutes of 99-127 bpm heart rate (high intensity), and 11 minutes of 71-99 bpm moderate intensity. I'm an elite level athlete (#6 in the world in yoga asana competition), so your experience may differ. If you suffer from any heart or breathing conditions, be sure to get that all well-maintained before you enter this scary haunt.
