An arcade you should avoid. Took my cash gave no refund.

I put cash into the card dispenser for the arcade (mind you no sign on the machine to stop potential customers). Went to use the card and got error messages on every game. Asked an attendant and was told everything is down and it's very difficult???? to refund the money. Avoid at all costs they made no attempt to right this just offered for me to spend more money there instead. No thank you!

    The card for the arcade

They have good stuff but the only thing if you find the football earbuds they don't stick to you so I don't recommend that i'm sorry playcade but when you play the ski ball game you keep playing until ends but I like this arcade

I was here actually a little bit over two weeks ago so I can confirm that they were open and maintained mostly normal hours ( Friday I was there they were to be open until at least 6 pm or 7). This is an old school arcade had the real feeling of my youth or almost youth it was like coming into another place in Atlantic City. Maybe, this is a secret when you are going slow in the casino or losing some big money per hour, come to this place and spend $30 or 35 bucks and it will take your money a lot further (moneybags). I had fun and on this recent trip I stayed less than 1 hour and won about 10,000 tickets on those various tickets games. To judge what stuff could be worth in the real world, I got two packs of 2020 topps baseball cards and each pack was about 3,000 in tickets but I actually got lucky and received some decent cards. Wizard of Oz game is a great time waster and can help you win a lot of tickets in a short amount of time. This place is all the way down the Boardwalk and is right near Tropicana hotel.

This place took the money I was gonna spend on blackjack. Got stuck at the wizard of oz machine. Kept running back and forth to see which machines had the red and green coins & card closest to the edge. So addicting. My husband worked hard to win me the prize I wanted to give my dog. This arcade has so many awesome prizes!! It was the fluffy round fox thing that caught my attention and started my husbands quest. I can't wait to come back next time!

My son w autism, was treated so nice as he won a prize at Playcade, love the Playcade people!

I take my autistic son there often, we play games & win some points for prizes.. everyone there is sooo nice - Stan, Eric, Kelly .etc, so kind & wonderful. Thank you very much :)

Won the jackpot, around 200 tickets each, on each drop machine, (there are three).

This place ranks among my all time favorite arcades. We used to go to the arcade at steel pier, while we were in Atlantic City, which is a nice arcade as well. But, now we don't go that far down the boardwalk, so we go here. First of all, the staff: The staff is great here! They are helpful, funny, kind, and talkative. We are regulars here, so we always strike up conversation. Many times, you'll see the manager walking around, fixing a machine, chatting up some new faces, and old, or just talking with his employees. EDIT: New staff is not as friendly. Some may rush to get things sorted out. EDIT: New staff was only like that on Fourth of July weekend, they are now becoming a great new staff. Very helpful! :) The price: This arcade is pretty reasonably priced. Most games average from a mere quarter, to a dollar. All the games in my opinion, are worth the price. The cranes: The claw machine, or crane at Steel Pier, is rigged. All of them are, at that arcade. But here, at Playcade, most don't seem to be rigged at all. I have played their machines and won multiple times with just a few dollars. The cranes range from 50¢, to dollar or two. And not to mention, the prizes within the machine, aren't so bad. Although, you'll have a better chance with the machines on the left side of the arcade, than the right. (They are two separate rooms). Skeeball: A classic game that the whole family can enjoy, for 50¢. They will have tournaments at night, during summer, where you can rack up ticket cards. The daily giveaway: During the summer, you'll receive a giveaway ticket, or a few for the daily giveaway held around 9:00PM, I believe. If you have the winning ticket, you'll get 10,000 tickets! We've won this twice. The prizes: Fantastic prizes here! They used to have gift certificates to places like Tanger Outlets, for very little. 15,000 tickets = $25. What a deal! Playing fun games, for a cool prize. They have "luxury" items like Vera Bradley and Coach wallets, also for a number of tickets I can actually achieve. The prizes here are definitely better than Chuck E Cheese! Overall, this is one of the best arcades out there. Definitely go here, and bring the family. WARNING: you may get hooked! ;) Have fun!

Two beautiful Wizard of Oz machines right in the front of Playcade!

Very fun! A nice little escape from the heat in the middle of the boardwalk. Also, check in and get a free game!

We were tired and hollowed out, but Dave & Buster's, tucked inside the Tanger Outlets near the boardwalk, greeted us with flashing neon optimism. The place was mostly empty, which felt a little like wandering into a carnival after closing time. Music bingo was happening, hosted by some cheerful disembodied voice over the speakers. You could play along by scanning a QR code, which I did, because I was curious whether the universe still wanted me to win something. It did not, but it was free and surprisingly fun. The food was good. Not the sort of good that changes your life, but the kind that makes you nod at your plate and think, "Yes, this will do." The drinks were honest and strong enough to make the convention chatter fade to a manageable hum. The service was the star of the evening. Our waitress moved like a well-rehearsed act of kindness, and a manager-type woman floated by often enough to make sure our glasses were full without ever feeling like she was checking up on us. They were so attentive that one of my colleagues whispered that she felt almost important. No one played the arcade games. The blinking lights waited patiently for our game cards, but we were too weary from the day. Perhaps next time. All in all, the service alone was worth the trip. The music bingo was the cherry on top. If the world is an absurd machine, at least it sometimes hums along smoothly in Atlantic City.

I think during the summer this might be the place to be. The machines were on the older side and not typically the games I like to play. They have a bar and food down here and and on certain nights they have a dj with dance floor and a bull iykyk. Not many table games but they have a few select ones. And it was really dark and Erie but like I said most people were home because of the snow. I will give it another in the warmer months

Wild Wild West Casino is basically an extension to Caesars. No other way to put it. No hotel portion, no big advertising to pull you in. It's just there. Hidden and underused...almost deserted. I ventured here via the connection to Caesars. It is an interesting walk to get here as you feel like you are entering an area guests shouldn't be allowed. You go to a corner, through some doors, down an escalator, through a themed walkway, and finally enter. Along the way you see signs on doors staying staff only, but you also see signs with arrows pointing you in a direction to continue. It was confusing and I was wondering if I was entering AC's version of the backrooms. The highlight of this area is the theming. They really went all out to make you feel like you were entering into the Old West. The corridor taking to the area is lined with what is supposed to be the buildings along a dirt road in the west. The casino floor itself carries on the theming and is included in the bar areas (I'm guessing on that one, I'll tell you why in a minute). It makes you wonder what this place looked like in its heyday. Because I can tell you it looked fun to be in...but. See here's the thing, it's like they just forgot about this area, left some of the power on, and the door unlocked. When I got to this area it was seriously dim. As one review from 2022 stated, most of the light in here comes from the doors that take you out to the boardwalk. There were absolutely no places that offered food or drink open, completely shuttered. That bar area where the theming continued, it looked like it was to be set up with tables and chairs and be partitioned off from the rest of the place, but you could walk right though the area. Restaurants from well known celebrity chefs were locked up tight. The entrance to the show as well. I felt like I could have done one of the urban explorer videos in here because there was no one else in this space. I did a real quick once around of the floor to make sure I wasn't seeing things and there was absolutely no one in here playing the slots. No table games that I saw either. I believe there were games in here much like you would find at an adult arcade as well. After a bit, I started to get that creepy feeling and I made my way to the boardwalk doors. This was the only time I saw people. This is a convenient shortcut to get to Caesars if you are on the boardwalk. Also a great way to avoid weather. Sad, feels like this could be a great place to visit.
