What in the world did I just experience!!?? That was amazing! It is hard to describe it all because…read moreit was a multi dimensional experience - Physical, mental, psychological, spiritual. First, as a Physical Therapist I was fascinated by the "freedom of movement" sensations with the floating but also how it highlighted different areas of my chronic tight spots and how I was able to focus on relaxing these (took me 15-20 minutes at least). And then I was able to mentally relax too because I tuned everything out (I shut the lid - do it!). I was also surprised with the mental clarity I felt while floating because while I was in there, I had great ideas just coming one after the other and I felt the ability to really focus on these ideas and think creatively at the same time. I definitely want to try this again and hopefully set up a routine because it was so therapeutic! I felt looser afterwards, I was relaxed, I felt I had this focus - I mean it was just so beneficial and I can just imagine how it could help people in chronic pain who have tight muscles everywhere or people needing to process through things. I can't wait to go back and honestly have a list of things I want to focus on while in there. You have got to try this!

Dr. Racheal makes me feel like family everytime I walk in her building and this is why i will forever tell people who my injector is when they ask! She lets you voice what your concerns are and then she will guide you correctly and one thing I love about Dr Racheal is she will not let you spend unnecessary money if she truly believes you do not need it. I asked about fillers in my cheeks one time and she told me I wasn't ready for fillers in my cheeks yet. Told me don't put fillers when they aren't needed. I'm 45 and I only get botox and she is helping me build my lips with Versa lip filler. I highly recommend doing your own research like I did mine and if Dr Racheal fits everything you're looking for then you should make an appointment just like I did and when Mary Catherine answers the phone she will get you the best available appointment that fits your schedule! May every person that takes time to read this find their best self moving forward in their skin care journey.
