Everyone has been super nice. Love the people funny and adorable. The man at the front desk it so funny and sweet. Very professional and easy peazy. I'm in the middle of lazer hair removal on my chin and under arms. I've had two appointments and after the first it went from having to shave every day, to two weeks and 1/3 of the hair I just went yesterday can't wait to see what happens in this 6 weeks. It's so worth it. Not crazy expensive either. To the people leaving bad reviews... Really, as if you don't know there is a possibility it's not right for you or your body accept it and move on. I've had not one issue getting in contact with them. Ideal image is a great company to come to for Laser Hair Removal. I'm sure their other services are great, I'm just speaking from my experience. I came in about 3 years ago to have hair removed from 2 areas. They had a special where I could get a BOGO deal, so why not?! They have finance options where you can be set up to pay monthly budget. I loved that! I went in every 6-8 weeks. They were fast, friendly, and professional. Once you come in and get checked in they have a waiting area with coffee and water. They also have a book you can look at to see other people's results. Once in the back they ask you routine questions to make sure you're safe to begin treatment and I promise you it goes so fast. Today is no different than any other.. Friendly, happy staff members. It's been a year since I was last there and I saw a little hair on my face. It took that hair a year to pop up. When I was previously shaving every day, thanks to genetics. Ha Ha & smh. Services always done quickly and efficiently. My facial hair is zero, gone, non existent. This is by far the best laser hair treatment place that does what it claims to do. Get rid of all the unwanted hair. So unless it's a hormonal thing that hair will be gone. Ideal image strikes again! Once again, you guys have screwed me over! My membership was extended due to my legs only being treated ONCE in almost a year due to cancellations ALL done by ideal image. After multiple phone calls and conversations at the location I visit, my membership got extended for all areas except for the area I needed the extension the most - my legs!! It's now been 13 months and I've only had my legs treated 2 times, a year apart from each other so it was like starting over. Now I am supposed to fit 6-8 sessions in between now and October with 8 weeks in between them?? That math doesn't work out. Ive spent a lot of money on laser hair removal and won't be able to get all of my sessions in due to cancellations and miscommunication on YOUR end! No one should spend/waste their money here! First cool sculpting, just finished and i wanted to share my first thoughts! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they have been very comforting and supporting, i was super nervous! The initial suction was just like a vacuum hose on your skin, not bad at all. The freezing was slightly uncomfortable but I'd say it was like a 2 on a scale of 10. I read a book and listened to music it took a a hour and a half! Went by quickly! The massage after was the worst part but there again it wasn't nearly as bad as i thought! I would say a 5 out of 10. They give you a compression belt it helps! I left about a hour ago so far so good! I will follow up! Day 2 a little swelling and soreness but not to bad! Total RIP OFF they haven't had nurses since July and stating I can't be seen until January but still want to be paid

It didn't allow me to put a RED FLAG in so I chose one star. If you are thinking about going here, please don't. Please do not support this business. I called in over the phone on Feb 10th 2023 to get a consultation and appointment, if all went well, to get Botox and Lip filler. I talked to Kayla and explained that I had never had lip filler and was excited to look getting it done. She said they didn't have any appointments that day but asked me to create an online customer portal to set up a customer profile and appointment. I did. All of this over the phone, mind you. There was a a disclosure statement which I thought was a consent like most places ask ( but it was really a binding non refundable contract). I didn't know!!! Then she asked me to put a card on file, like some places do, so I did. Assuming that one consultation and services were agreed upon they would charge that card . Then she told me that they charging $1074 IN FULL, before even being seen or consulted! And I was upset because I do NOT conduct business that way and I had never even heard of a skin or cosmetic company doing that! So I told her I want to cancel right there on the spot, over the phone. Then she told me I signed a non refundable contract and it had already been charged. First off WTF. She said she would tell the manager and resolve it. I received a VM that she spoke to the manager. So then, I look at my statement and I see that the card is still there. I called the corporate customer service number to ask for a refund. They said sure, put me on hold and after 30 minutes hung up on me. ( I realized later they are doing this to everyone) pretending they will handle it and hanging up on people! So, I called the physical location back in Memphis and she told me she didn't know if I could be refunded and it may be faster to dispute it through my credit card, capital one, which I did. And also included I may not get refunded because of the contract they did not discuss or go over with me. I'm just in shock! What an unethical Nationwide company! So then I looked up better business and realized this is happening to thousands! How are they still in business. I checked out their Facebook page and saw many people commenting everyday about feeling scammed, no refunds, etc and the company is blocking and deleting all their comments! I am going to go out on a limb here and say it because they do not want their new victims to know of their poor unethical business practices! Check it out yourselves! This is unresolved, and at first it was about just getting refunded but now I feel like it is my responsibility to warn others about this. People like me who really can't take a $1074 hit to just throw away. I will never do business with them again. I would never trust this company to have any services done. Ouch! !!!!!!! Somebody should have warned me that laser hair removal is painful or I should have researched it! I started coming here about a year ago, being annoyed by chin and upper lip hairs (DAMN YOU HORMONES)! It can get pretty expensive, depending on what areas you are needing treatment for. They also offer financing if you don't want to break the bank. On the day of my consultation, I received my first treatment. I had no idea what to expect. The lady who did my consultation described that it would feel like a hot rubber band hitting against the skin. Lol I felt like I was getting shock treatment. Every time I go I leave smelling like burnt hair. I thought over time I would get use to the pain....negative...you never get use to the pain. I'm a big girl so I take it like a G! No stress balls needed or no numbing cream....just straight prayer lol. Is it worth the pain?!?! Yesssssss...my skin looks flawless and no hair! Update: Horrible customer service. The Customer Support Specialist, has been arguing with me back and forth over email about me not receiving their email and about their cancelation policy. I urge people to not waste their time, money, and energy with a company that basically says consumers are liars if they didn't receive an email from their faulty system. I will be using another hair removal company in the future after this horrible experience. Please note, I am not the only customer who has had an issue with their email appointment confirmation system. This is a very shady company. I called Ideal Image for body contouring in Feb 2023, I spoke with one of their specialist over Zoom, after discussing, she said I would need an appointment, she asked me for the credit card info, so she can book my appointment. I was told that someone will evaluate me to see if I qualify for the procedure, I went to the Cordova facility on Feb 23, 2023, The nurse/tech who evaluated me told me that cool sculpting procedure was not recommended for me and she will ask her manager to issue a refund. I did not receive any refunds, So I called them several times and was put on hold and after 30 -45 minutes the phone would just hang up. I finally got hold of someone today and she tells me that I signed a non refundable agreement. I am not sure why its non refundable when I did not get any services from Ideal Image and was told by one of their staff that I was not an appropriate candidate for the procedure. They even went ahead and charged me again on March 16th, 2023 for the remainder of the contract agreement even though I never received any services, and their own nurse/tech told me that this procedure was not recommended for me. This is deceptive marketting. I would never do business with this Unethical company, they are running a scam and taking people money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I will look at all options including legal to resolve this issue with them. They have charged over $ 3600 on my credit card for the services which were never provided. read more

I had my very first appointment with them December 29, 2020, and due to the snow storm that happened in FEBRUARY, I was delayed in service for THREE months. How are they going to overbook their customers, in the midst of a pandemic when ANYTHING could happen, so that there is no option to reschedule for not weeks, but MONTHS, after the initial appointment date? I respect my appointment times and have never missed one, but due to getting my second COVID vaccine I had to reschedule that important appointment for a later date in case I had adverse reactions and would be denied my service. They said they wouldn't be able to book me until MAY. Mind you, there would be FIVE months in between appointment times which has nothing to do with me. Update: They have profound problems regarding rescheduling appointments, however, the manager of this location did contact me and I appreciated her thought-out call and response to my issues. That is the main reason I changed my rating to three stars. She explained that due to the covid outbreak last year, people are also in the same boat and have had to wait longer for their appointment dates. I understood this was out of their control. This has to be the worst decision I made in my life. I've wanted laser hair forever, because I've been hairy all my life. I signed up for legs and Brazilian in January 2021. I have been paying $250 a month for my treatment in total it's five sessions with 6 weeks in between. It's January 2022 and I've only had two sessions. I'm in sales sometimes my schedule changes, you have to plan months in advance to get an appointment, and they have done a poor job of trying to accommodate me at all. They bugged me almost everyday until I finally signed up and now I have to call them and beg for an appointment. This is financially draining just to get the worst service ever. However, the lady that does my treatment is super sweet named April and is the only good thing that's come out of this experience. I'm pretty upset about my appointment getting canceled for 2 days from now just because I didn't answer an email that was sent while I was out of town for a holiday weekend. I full intention on being at the appointment and had already worked around the rest of my schedule. I paid way too much money to get these treatments for this and now I've lost a treatment. It was two days away, I would have answered the email today telling them I would be there. I wish I could give zero stars. Ideal Image is a HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL business. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!! My daughter paid over $8,500 to get a full body hair removal. She was told she was the prime candidate as her skin is olive and she has dark coarse hair. Before her contract expired we raised concerns about there still being a lot of hair all over her body. We were told by two different facilities that they would extend her contract at no extra cost. After the contract expired we were told they don't do that and she could go for a touch up. In her contract, it states she would pay between $25-$40 per body part for a touch up if any hair returned after her treatment was complete. The treatment is NOT complete as she has so much hair still that one touch up would not make a difference. We have talked to multiple people in the "corporate" office who also now state that the contract says the price was subject to change and as of Dec 2022 it will cost her between $50-$200 per body part. They estimated that a touch up for all the parts that still have hair would be $1,500 every time. She still needs multiple treatments. My daughter was 17 at the time of signing the contract and worked almost full time while in high school in order to pay for this treatment. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!! I do have to state that the employees working at all the facilities are super nice and helpful including the Memphis location. It's just very unfortunate that they work for this retched company that is scamming so many people out of money. There are over 903 one star reviews on the BBB. I went to my appointment for my fillers and had a video chat with a "nurse" who then told me they wouldn't do fillers because in 1980 I had an allergic reaction to Penicillin. MIND YOU, this was after I financed $2400.00 worth of treatment!!!! They sell you items on the pretense that you'll be getting them and then turn you down on appointment day. I had a virtual consultation about a month ago (for CoolSculpting). I explained my health issues and the fact that I had diastasis recti from having twins. The lady, Hansilenah, explained that it would all be ok and it was just for informational purposes. She further stated that the only problem would be if I had any issues with cold temperatures. She quoted me, got payment lined up, everything. Fast forward to today, and the NP says that we can't do the procedure on my abdomen due to DR (ab separation). Even after I was denied service by Ideal Image and my doctor did not clear me for laser hair removal, the corporate office has refused to issue a refund of the more than $2000 that I paid. I am sitting here in tears. I spent $6000 for cool sculpting and so far received two treatments (it's every 3 months) and I see no results. I arrived today for my 3rd treatment, three months later and they had me book incorrectly so I wasn't able to receive the treatment. I am still waiting for the office manager to contact me. Before I log in a complaint to the BBB and Memphis attorney general. In February 2021 I inquired about Ideal Image. I wanted cryotherapy done on a little fat under my chin. I spoke with the sales rep, she quote me on the package etc. (over 1200). I did Ally financing where you can get approve per the sales person request. I got approved and in February the first appointment was the end of March. The day of my appointment, after waiting almost an hour, I went into the room. The tech put the probes under my chin and within 15 minutes came in to say she has to stop the treatment due to a thermal warning from the machine. So I had to be rescheduled, the next available was the end of May. The day before my appointment in May, I got a call that my tech will not be there and I will have to be rescheduled. They gave me an appointment the end of July. A day later, I received a call stating that the date that I was given, was a mistake and I needed to be rescheduled for the next available which is August 18th. And that's where it stands. I called yesterday to speak with an office manager to put the entire amount back to Ally financial. I was offered an appointment for the beginning of July, the same day I have some dental work. At this point, I have lost my fervor. Since March I have been paying Ally financing for work that I never received. Is that too much to ask face book fam? read more

Since then, getting an appointment is next to impossible. I'm supposed to have the treatments every 8 to 10 weeks but it's normally 14-16 weeks before they have another appointment available. Basically, you've paid thousands of dollars, they have your money, and they make it very difficult for you to get an appointment for the services you've paid for. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Ideal Image Memphis I signed up for laser hair removal on my face and also received the life time guarantee. After I signed the papers I was informed by the sales person that there were no available appointmentsfor 3 months. That should have been my first indication that this was not going to work out. Why didn't she tell me before I purchased the services that there were no available appointments? After my initial visit several of my appointments were cancelled because they didn't have personnel to perform my treatments. On each visit I was seen by a different tech because the turnover rate is high. Most of the techs were pleasant. I did receive burns to my face which required treatment from a dermatologist. I had to shave during treatments because the hair was still growing. The hair was present on my last visit and there was a lot of singeing. I asked why was this my last treatment if I still have hair growth and I was told I paid for a specific number of treatments and they hoped the hair would be gone. I was also informed on my last visit that lifetime guarantee meant I would receive future treatments at the current rate. I was told I should book an appointment that day because I definitely would need to come back. I thought I would receive treatments until the hair was gone. I am back to shaving frequently and looking for another place to get laser hair removal. This was a complete ripoff. Ideal Image uses high pressure sales tactics and does not disclose the treatment plan is based upon the number of treatments they deem necessary and not results. I would not recommend Ideal Image to anyone. They are dishonest and don't deliver a good product. I paid for a service and did not receive the anticipated results. Do not waste your money. read more

My skin is what I love the most, and having a clear complexion and glowing skin is super important to me. I need something more than just topical, and products so I started researching laser resurfacing. I started my round of BBL last month and the results are out of this world! Just one treatment and my sun spots started fading, my rosacea is less noticeable, and my skin is so smooth. The staff there are one for the books. They are all so professional and more importantly caring to my needs. I felt so comfortable knowing that unlike other medical spas the actually employ RNs to do their treatments instead of skin therapists, and that is important to me when dealing with lasers. I had my last treatment today! .....well for my chin and neck anyway. By the 2nd treatment I saw a dramatic difference, by treatment five there was no noticeable regrowth by seven I was going because it was part of my plan. Today she found three hairs. Like for real? 1,2,3 whole peach fuzzy hairs? I couldn't see them but if she says they were they then they were. Who am I to argue? Plus it solidified my confidence in the services. This was my last treatment so they could have easily said nope no hair your good but she was honest! I use to have to shave with an electric razor every other day, I had a serious goatee going and my complexion was horrible do to break outs and ingrown hairs. All gone by the fourth treatment. The deals are and amazing. I'm getting my upper lip done now, I do my second treatment in a few weeks. Next is my underarms.
