We were all really excited to try this new fusion spot and got to try a lot of the dishes. None had really too much spice either.

First of all, the space is beautiful- they did an excellent job decorating. The music is such a vibe - whoever is in charge of the aux cord needs to share their playlist! My friend and I sat at the bar and the bartenders were super friendly. Definitely make a reservation because they are busy! I ordered the garlic naan and biryani. I did a spice level 4 - it was spot on! So good and spicy. I will definitely be coming back very soon to try some other items on the menu.

A terrific new option for Pleasant Ridgers and all Cincinnati. My fam and I ate at Ziqr for Easter. My husband and I shared the Elements of Tandor. It was definitely large enough for the two of us with some left for lunch! I loved the tandoori paneer pieces- so beautifully marinated and creamy! I would say, the chicken and paneer were the best parts of that dish, so I'd probably go with one of those next time instead of the full variety. My daughter had the Chef's Traditional Sampler for her meal. It was plenty filling and every element was fresh. Finally, we shared the Nest of Gulab for dessert. The nest was a neat idea but not a tasty as the Gulab. Again, a place where I'd order more simply next time. Service was uneven. Quite slow and seemingly not very experienced. Ambiance is lovely and felt special. I'm so glad to have this spot in my neighborhood and will be back!

Our fave! We've been three times and always so happy. The food is both innovative and traditional, and there are good vegetarian options. Even the dessert is spectacular! We love the servers and the fact that they are so helpful but not too much.

Wow. The service, the ambiance and the food were all top notch! I hate to compare, but the food was by far miles better than the new upscale Indian restaurant downtown. This is what I wanted that other restaurant to be like, and we're lucky that Ziqr opened down the street from us, so we don't have to far for absolutely delicious food. The only complaint came from my husband who noticed that it tasted like heavy cream in the Tikka instead of coconut milk. He could be wrong, I didn't try it because I am extremely lactose intolerant and didn't want to chance him being right, hahaha!

Ok the entire time I've lived here, I've witnessed people on the internet saying that Jot is the…read morebest Indian food around. It was far away from me in Fairfield, so it took me far too long to try it (Doordash or bust). Omg it is soooo gooooddd!!! Is it Americanized? Probably but I don't know? I always assumed that I like the most Americanized Indian food, because I like sweet flavors and can't eat spicy food. Whatever is going on here, the flavors are just spot on for me in ways that other places around here have not been. Tikka masala fries are a favorite food. Geez I hope I can find something like this back in Cali. If I was eating there I would ask for double grated paneer. Bhindi masala is some of the best I've ever had - it's light and not too tomatoey and lets the okra shine through. Okra is not overcooked. Sooo tasty. I tried cholay (aloo) for the first time here and I love it. The mango chutney has the right flavor for me, super sweet. Mango lassi is really thick and not too sweet. Kheer was really good and also not too sweet. I wish they would have had gajar ka halwa on the menu because I bet it would be amazing. I have pretty basic picks because I'm pretty basic about Indian food. But I think everything here on the menu must be amazing. Don't be afraid to try anything!! One of my few regrets leaving this area is not trying Jot sooner so I could get experimental with their menu. So if you're reading this, do it in my honor please!
