This is my favorite Indian restaurant in the area! My go-to order is the saag paneer and malai kofta. I always get my food to go but they have plenty of seating inside and the staff seem very friendly. They'll get my business for as long as they're open read more

Spontaneously came by on a Saturday for lunch. Restaurant was almost empty, but that allowed service to be very efficient. I ordered the chicken biryani and the garlic naan- the garlic naan wasn't the warmest and I wonder if it was sitting. However, both dishes were quite good and I had enough leftovers for dinner and more! read more

Building could use some work, and the pick up area is dated. Service was a bit awkward. Ordered the chicken saag and rav korma at level 1. Both were flavorful and not spicy at all (which is ok because I have GERD). Seekh kabob and chicken biriyani at level 2. It had a healthy hint of spice and was also flavorful. Level 1 and 2 are very different on spice. The order came with 3 containers of rice. Chicken nan and plain nan both good. Not greasy. Overall it was a good meal but nothing we ate rushing back to. I think we prefer Shaan for more variety of options. read more

I came here on a day it was just starting to snow. I had errands to do in the area and had been in the mood for Indian food to take home and eat during my snow days. They greeted me upon walking in and took my order. I sat in the waiting area. No one else was there besides a couple that arrived a few minutes after me that was dining in. It only took about 10-15 minutes for my order. I got the Lamb Saag at a level 2 and Chicken Tikka Masala at Level 3, plus both garlic and paneer naan. I enjoy spicy food, but opted for the low end because this was a new place for me and I was going off of the reviews I saw. The lamb had nice flavor but wasn't spicy at all. I would prefer a 3-4. I let my mother have the rest because she was very fond of it even though she's not as open to different cultures cuisines as I am. I preferred the chicken. Very tasty to me. Again, level 3 did have a bit more spice but I would go even higher next time. Both types of naan were great. I would have liked if the paneer naan had more cheese though. When I'm in the mood for Indian and in the area again as I often am, I'd surely go back. read more

Delhi Palace has the best Indian food in Cincinnati (in my opinion). I order takeout from them at least once a week. I love their chicken shahi korma, their lamb vindaloo, and their veggie samosas (amongst other things). read more

I went to Delhi Palace expecting to dine in, but discovered they were only doing carry-out. They stated they may begin dine-in soon, which I hope they do because the art on the walls was really nice. The people working were pleasant. I ordered the chicken tikka masala & my husband has the lamb vindaloo, both at a spice level of four. We also shared an order of garlic naan. I have to say, this chicken tikka masala reminded me of the first time I fell in love with Indian food, which was also the first time I tried it. It was packed full of super tender chicken & the sauce was absolutely perfect. The lamb vindaloo my husband had was seasoned excellently & also had very tender lamb. The naan was good, but didn't seem as fresh as some other places I have had. I would still order it again. read more

SO. GOOD. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Employees are always super nice, quick service too. I always order pickup. Chicken tikka masala is unmatched. While traveling I have tried other places and NO WHERE can compare. I love how they shred their chicken instead of cubing it. Cannot recommend this place more!!! read more

Best Indian food in cincinnati! I've tried multiple dishes as takeout and the flavor and quantity of food always surpasses expectations.

I stumbled on this through a yelp search and popped in to order carryout. It was a very good decision on my part and by ordering an entree, and some somosas, it was a enough for 3 full meals for 1. Everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more! read more

My parents have been ordering from here for many years and they have really great food! This is also one of my go tos when I'm craving Indian. I almost exclusively get chicken tikka masala no matter what restaurant I go to, and theirs is great. Creamy, saucy, full of flavor. I also enjoy their garlic naan - it has lots of garlic and is not too oily unlike some places. The chicken tikka had a bit of a bbq flavor which was unexpected. The chicken was very tender. I probably wouldn't get this myself (my mom got it) but it is good if you like bbq. Mango lassi! One of my favorite drinks. Mango mixed with creamy yogurt and spices - I think cardamom and Rosewater? - amazing. I highly recommend getting this if you like smoothies! read more

I called in for takeout here for the first time, and discovered that all the positive reviews were accurate. The waitress was very helpful and efficient over the phone, and equally pleasant once I arrived to pick up my meal. The restaurant was clean and beautiful, though the waitress told me (despite the Yelp review to the contrary), that they are still take-out only, and there are no plans to return to dining in in the near future (a little disappointed here). But the food did not disappoint. The Saag Paneer was fresh and flavorful, the Lamb Saji was very tender, the plain paratha was made the old-fashioned way, with soft flaky layers, and the mango lassi was sweet and tart in all the right places. Very authentic and satisfying, and I will be back. read more

I continue to be disappointed and sad that Delhi Palace never reopened for dine-in after patiently waiting three years for it to do so. The furnishings were updated so beautifully, and we often are tantalized by comments from those like us picking up our dinner that it indeed will reopen. The food we pick up is delicious and packed very well to retain freshness, but my home ambiance cannot match the experience in any way! read more

we eat from here all the time and its always soooooo good! best indian place in cincinnati for sure. bring your family and friends and eat here. you must. never eat anywhere else. read more

I order food from Delhi Palace a few times a month because it's so reliably excellent. The lamb is SO tender. They're extremely accommodating too! read more

Delhi Palace is our favorite place for Indian takeout in Cincinnati! We order frequently via DoorDash. I'm vegetarian, and our go to orders are Channa Masala and Saag Choley. Both are so flavorful. The garlic naan and paneer naan are always fresh. We recently tried the vegetable samosa and that was crisp on the outside but soft and moist inside. In other words, a consistently awesome Indian experience. read more

Me and my friends just got take out from here, it was so good!!! Cannot complain about anything.

I ordered take out and was very impressed! I ordered lamb korma, saag paneer, and garlic naan. Everything was really tasty! The portions were awesome and there was a great amount of lamb and paneer in each dish! Each dish also came with a full portion of rice as well, which was more than enough! read more

So disappointing! We ordered dinner from here tonight and it was so bland that had we been blindfolded and not told what we're eating we'd have no clue that it had been Indian food. This was the blandest food I've had in a long time and definitely the blandest Indian food I've ever had. No discernible spices at all. I had Mushroom Matar, my husband had the Lamb Vindaloo. The Vegetable Pakoras were heavy, bland doughy lumps. We've been customers since they first opened. We came back after the fire and it was still pretty good, although slightly different. Like they had a new cook. It has consistently gotten blander over the last 2 years and tonight was the last time we will be customers. Bland food and the fact that they are strictly a takeout business now gives us no reason to return. read more

Oooohhh my gosh my husband and I love this place. We just moved from Dallas and order here all the time. He loves the chicken tikka with garlic naan, my 3 year old eats the chicken tikka app (which is not chicken tikka?? We don't actually know what it is but it's delicious), and I get the vegan options (they have several). Everytime we've ordered our orders have been correct which is great bc there's nothing worse than getting home to a missing item. 10/10 recommend, it's so great. read more

This is our usual - and favorite - Indian restaurant. The food is consistently delicious. I'd like to see them reopen the dine-in option because the inside is so pretty after their remodel but their carry out service is quick and friendly. read more

the food was incredible. i got the basic chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and man i have to have it again soon. the chicken was shredded which i prefer! and the rice was super warm. also the packaging (i ordered from DD) was very thoughtful. my order was enough for two people honestly. i'm so glad i have leftovers! thank you!!! read more

Chicken Tikka Massala, mild spice is my favorite dish! I don't usually eat all the rice, but the jasmine flavor in their rice has a beautiful balance and pairs perfectly with chicken. read more

Had the Lamb Sabji for dinner last night and it was killer. I got the level 2 spice and might try level 3 next time. It was just enough to add solid flavor to the curry with a slow stable burn that added to the flavor of the dish. The rice was cooked perfectly as well. A nice balance of serving between the rice and curry. My only knock on the place is not knowing ahead of time that they were carry out only. Maybe I missed it when looking through their website or online, but we arrived expecting to sit down and ordered it to go. However, they still managed to get our food out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely worth the wait. If 4.5/5 was an option, I'd select that. Highly recommend to anyone looking to try out something new. read more

I was feeling like Indian food today, so I searched, and found Delhi Palace was highly rated... WoW! #Perfect Thank you for the wonderful Del Tarka with rice. Spice level 4 of 6 wasn't too much with the rice, nan and cumber salad. Thank you! #aMaZiNg read more

Great food and potions!!! I have been here for take out several times when in cincy always good!

Easy to find with the parking lot right in front of the building; we found Delhi palace here on Yelp. We stopped in with intentions of eating in, but as of now (7/14/24) they are currently carry out only. I ordered the lamb vindaloo with a spice level 4 of 6. I usually prefer spicier dishes, and on the one to six scale, I usually order 5. However being vindaloo, and a little spicier in the sauce in general, I went with the 4 and it was perfect. My wife's tikka masala was also a 4, and had the perfect amount of kick. Slightly less spicy tasting because of the creamy yogurt, it was very good. The garlic naan was just ok, and in my opinion smelled better than it tasted. The portion sizes were large and we were both blown away by the sheer amount of meat in each of our dishes. They definitely do not skimp on the ingredients!! Very good, we will DEFINITELY add this to our rotation of top notch Indian restaurants! read more

Sitting here eating leftovers and realized I've never left a review! After several visits including takeout and third-party delivery, we have never had a bad meal. It's one of the few things we'll have delivered because it's just as good! The orders are always quick and they pay attention to make your order exactly how you ask for it. As someone who is finally coming around to a small amount of spice, the 2 is perfect - not too spicy and doesn't build too much as you eat (with rice). It's my favorite Indian food in the area and I'm so glad they were able to bounce back after the fire a few years back! This is probably the only place I can say has never been less than amazing. read more

This place has great Indian food! Our whole family loves it. We usually get saag, tikka masala and naan.

Delhi palace is nothing short of amazing. I have been to several Indian restaurants in the Cincinnati area, and Delhi Palace is always the best. Their sauces are incredible. My boyfriend and I's go-tos are the paneer makhani, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and mango lassi. Not only is their food amazing, but the staff is as well. They are kind and welcoming, and they always have my order done on time, if not earlier. They are always accurate as well, never forgetting even a straw. I would highly recommend Delhi Palace if you're looking for a delicious Indian restaurant! read more

We were fortunate to have heard about this gem through a local friend. Boy, were we happy to have tried it out. Back when we lived in Blue Ash, we would go out for Indian cuisine on a regular basis. It didn't take long for Delhi Palace to become our go-to spot. They were closed for a few months due to a fire in their building, but I am relieved to hear that they are currently back in business. For entrees, we would typically order the creamy Chicken Makhani and pair it with some cheese-stuffed Paneer Naan. Both of these options are so savory and packed with flavor. At times, it can prove to be a challenge to keep our portions under control! Speaking of their portions, they would usually provide us with more than enough to make for two complete meals. It's perfect for when you want to have some leftovers the next day. The workers here were friendly and generous. If I recall correctly, they would sometimes throw in a little something extra for our to-go bag free of charge. When it comes to Indian in Cincinnati, I know that there are more than your fair share of options. Delhi Palace is one that want to be sure to put on your map! read more

Absolutely incredible food. Authentic flavors, great service, portions made the drive worth it. The Saag paneer was perfection. Creamy, great spice, and great balance. Tikka masalla was excellent. Delhi Palace has one of Cincinnati's best Indian buffets. It's not huge but there are many good choices. The price is pretty fair. It's clean inside and the employees seem to care. They also have free wifi. A lot of good Indian restaurants have buffets. For many people, the thought of eating from a buffet is an unpleasant one. Their belief is that the food is made from leftovers and is terrible. Here it's not like that at all. The food looks and smells fresh. It's a good way for someone to sample the Indian cuisine. The buffet is about $9 for lunch. Get some of the dal soup first. This is a good way to start a meal. Next get some of the pakoras or samosas and try them with the chutneys. There are many choices for diet restrictions. It has a good amount of parking spaces though the lot needs repaved. It looks kind of terrible from the outside but ignore this and step in. The buffet is good but try it for dinner too. read more

The food is always delicious, and packaged well for delivery. The chicken tikka masala is the best I've had!

I'm pretty basic with my Indian food cravings (Saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, samosas and garlic naan) and this place hits the spot. We ordered take out from here while in town for a tournament. The food was great, portions were large, and my kids are already talking about ordering next time we are in town. We had originally ordered Door Dash from another place, and after waiting over an hour the driver never showed up with our food. I called Delhi Place about 30 minutes before closing and they were willing to put together a large order, and were gracious and accommodating. Would highly recommend. read more

Amazing food. Got the usual chicken tikka masala and saag paneer with garlic naan. It comes with rice. The food is absolutely delicious. I never liked Indian food until I ate here. The Chicken Tikka Masala is AMAZING. The staff is also very accommodating, they helped me fulfill a large order and they were very professional along the way: they gave me good pricing, food was securely trayed and wrapped (which did prevent a near catastrophic spill), and of course it was delicious.
