Zips used to be a good Car wash. Over the last year or so it has turned to shit. My car does not get clean, the "spritzing person" at the front only pre-washes the left side of the vehicle, does not do the roof or windshield anymore. Last time i was there, they did not do a pre-wash at all. They have shortened the car was so you have to go through at least twice. Another issue is the Business Model Sucks. They allow anyone to use the vacuums even if you have no membership. This is a big reason the monthly fees are so expensive. The members are paying for the free use of those vacuums and often there are so many freeloaders, members have no chance to use the vacuums. I cancelled my membership. A light rain cleans the car better. read more

I bought a three month membership and every time I come here they are always close with the same excuse that they ran out of soap . It's crazy how can a car wash run out of soap in the weekends and a week day on Monday afternoon . The worst service ever , and when ask to the staff to give more info about what's going on they just standing there and talking ; it seems like no one wants to work . Like others have mentioned, this car was is inconsistent in the cleaning quality, regardless if you pay more for a higher quality wash. What is most frustrating is the issues with the vacuums. Any person can enter the business and use the vacuums, unlike other car washes that require you go through the car wash itself before being able to use the vacuums. That point along with the fact that many of the vacuums are often not working causes and extreme backup to use them and there is no system to indicate who has been waiting the longest. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

Left my car streaky and still dirty after having paid the upgrade for the more detailed wash. 4 out of the 10 vacuums work and is open for whoever drives in, whether they paid for a wash or not. Had to wait 20 minutes on my lunch break, to use one of the few working vacuums, to only be cut off by a random person that drove in straight into the lot without paying. I went to the zips located in Miami fl on 27th avenue worse experience of my life. The lazy employee that was there said after waiting 10 minutes trying to receive some type of customer service he said due to the rain alert they cannot wash cars. Keep in mind it's no rain, no drizzling, and no lightning or thunder, however, he is waiting on a call to open the car wash again. Also, keep in mind the sun is out. This car wash is very inconsistent of how clean your car leaves , the parking is always dirty with trash, if there is 10 vacuums maybe two work. This business definitely needs an overhaul. $35 a month gives you unlimited washes but you may have to go thru twice it seems they use different soap wax at times it was better months ago but has gone down hill read more

I'm not a person who listens to the reviews but really not all zip car washes are as bad as this one. They only have 6 spots open for you to vacuum the car and it's always busy. The parking lot is rather small so all the cars are fighting for a spot to vaccum. This location does not have air hoses as of yet but soon to come I was told. This car wash has a promotion trial for one month for $10. I was told unlimited car washes, for my family's 3 cars, after the month trial it's $40 a month. On my first day trying to service my daughter and my fiancé met me at the car wash. The first two cars were successful. The third car I got a message saying the maximum number of washes had been met I guess for that day, which means you're only allowed two washers per day Even though it says unlimited washes the other problem I have with this place is the speed of the car wash is turned up so fast a good cleaning is impossible. If they turn up the speed of the car wash, it pushes your car through the brushes to fast to get a thorough cleaning, they do this when it's very busy to get more cars per hour. I also had a rude experience with one of the employees. This employee was "on break" smoking a cigarette, admiring his goldish/brownish colored weird looking SUV type vehicle. When I came to the car wash, all of the vacuum spots were full and he had his vehicle in one of the vacuum spots I waited for over 10 minutes in the side parking lot to get a vacuum spot. Instead of moving his car for the convenience of real customers, this employee left his car in the last available vacuum spot making me wait. He smoked a cigarette and shit chatted with the other employees going in and outside of the tunnel. I said something to him and he completely ignored me only to say I work here as if he can do what he wants to make customers wait. Once my one month, trial is up, I will cancel. I can't stand rude, obnoxious, dimwitted, shortsighted, self fulfilling employees like this. Even after I said something to him, he left his car there for another 10 minutes while others waited until he finally left. What a jerk. I hope he sees this review along with his boss. A bit disappointed in the strength of their car vacuums as most of them either don't work altogether or they are to weak to actually be of any use in vacuuming out the inside of your car. On 12/01/23 I purchased a carwash at this Zip's location. I use to frequent the location before since I worked in the area. The 1st issue was I pulled in to use the vacuum. Many of the vacuums spots were missing hoses or not operable. When I pulled into an available vacuum spot the suction was little to none. I started with the driver side and ended with the driver side. It was a waste of time looking for vacuum only for it not to work. After that experience I drove over to the carwash entry lanes. Now I noticed the cost of the carwash had increased. Okay too late to turn back. I paid for the wash and waited for a receipt to print. When the receipt didn't print I asked the attendant for a receipt. He said he couldn't print a receipt. What do you mean. I was not asking for anything out of the ordinary. So I asked for the manager he said the manger was not there so he gave me his name and number Luis 954-702-8538. I called the number while there. The call went straight to voicemail, I left a message and as of today I have yet to receive. Forgot to mention I paid for the top tier carwash and at at the end of the carwash my car wash not clean the tires were not shiny. I didn't mind paying the cost, but did not receive acceptable service. I'm not going back or will I recommend this location again. read more

This Zips location has gotten progressively worse over the last year that I have been going there. Most of the vacuum cleaners are broken. The workers are aware it has gone downhill and just shrug their shoulders. The car wash doesn't wash the car properly and leaves whole sections of my small sedan dirty. Their only solution is to let you go through again but the same thing happens. The workers are seen on the side of the building smoking marijuana and coming over smelling like it. I chose to cancel my membership for all the reasons above and went into the office to do it. The person helping me showed me on the screen (I took a picture as proof) that he terminated my membership on August 19th but on September 6th I still was charged $25.39. When I went to the office, the angry man who was working by himself told me to call the 855-ZIPS-WASH number. Even though I met the 7 day prior to billing date requirement the person on the member services phone refused to give me a refund of my $25.39 because I didn't call the 1-800 number on 8/19. I was never informed to call the number and it's not my fault I didn't know this. Her solution is for me to go back to the location to see if they can refund me but she DOUBTS that they will. So why am I going to drive all the way over there? Doesn't make sense. So it looks like I have to pay for yet another month of service that I cannot use because I removed the sticker when I thought it was taken care of. Hopefully this will prevent someone from patronizing this establishment. read more
