Paid for the $20 car wash, and what a waste of money. First I would like to start off with the damages. Cracked my passenger mirror. Some gold paint Paint ended up all over my car. Some white product on my wheel. Now having to pay for a detail to get the paint off. Second, never got the full service. Wheels are still dirty. Tire shine was not applied. Wax was never applied. Parts of truck still dirty. Let's also talk about staff. Seem to look like only one kid was working. Hated his job and didn't even run through the steps for putting your car on neutral and hands off wheel and feet off break. WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS DUMP! Expensive. gift. Card. Doesn't. Work. I don't leave negative reviews normally but I genuinely don't know how else to get the attention or contact of the local manager. I bought a $50 gift card that doesn't work - or according to an employee - can only be used by certain employees that have certain training on gift cards. This renders my gift unusable I am seeking a refund for the $50. I have gone to the car wash, in person. Multiple times. I am always told the manager isn't there and there is no way to contact him. I am given the corporate number that always says it has high call volumes and hangs up on you. I genuinely feel that I was scammed out of $50. Water used to was the car was dirty... it left spots that were very noticeable within a few minutes of leaving the wash. It was the same when the place was I low Ned by Snappy. The drying/vacuum area was nasty. A good pressure washing is really needed. The area is covered in a layer of mud/ slime that gets on your shoes. They have towels for drying or wiping your car down. Tonight they were so wet that they were almost no use. I'm hoping the new management will be fixing some of these problems. Otherwise, I hope some competition will show up and put the place out of its misery. I will give one more chance in a few weeks. read more

This Car wash has gone downhill as fast as Biden brought our country down! Don't waste your money. The vacuums have no suction. I can't count the number of times they start to wash my car and the system stops. I sit there for 5-10 minutes and get told you have to drive out. Service is HORRIBLE! They half way pre-rinse your car. Your car is rushed through the wash line and you have to finish drying your car because of the rush. Don't waste your time or money. read more

We went through the wash in late January 2023 after a cold week of freezing temps. Our wash sticker didn't work and the attendant said they'd had computer issues and we would have to start a new account whish we did. They took the old sticker off and put on a new on with a different set of numbers. We cancelled our wash subscription in August and they were still charging me. They said the cancellation was never posted, so I was charged through September for 2. then 1 in October. When I called back they said we have 2 accounts. I had noticed 2 charges on our card a few months ago, but we're very busy and I just overlooked it then. So I went back and had 2 $35 each month since February 2023 plus 1 $10. The extra charges totaled $315. So I called again and had to email them pictures of all our statements, which I did. They have refunded $105, and have no response to what happened to the other $210. It sounds like the attendant kept the old sticker and has been using it. There is no other explanation. So beware... read more

Service is great. People are nice. Car wash works well. Supplies are always stocked. My only complaint is that the concrete where you vacuum your car is dirty. I find myself putting dirt back in my car after I vacuum it because it is so bad. read more

This used to be my favorite car wash, until the other day! I went through happy as can be I finally had enough money to wash my car, and as I'm drying my car off, I noticed the terrible scratch on the side of my car that definitely wasn't there before. Filed an incident report and went about my way, still mad as can be but happy that the manager on duty was so kind. Finally, after calling 6 times this morning, received a call back regarding the report, and they are refusing to pay for it because it is a high pressure wash and this is a result of there be a rock chip or something else. If it was the wash itself it would have been down the whole side of the car! I do not have time to sit there and argue, but I do however think it is really crappy you guys are not willing to take responsibility and cover the damage to my car! I will NEVER visit any zip's chain again, and after all the hundreds of dollars I've spent at the 2 in Anderson, SC and the one in Seneca, SC will never recommend anybody here ever again. Every time I wash my Jeep at Zips the back doesn't get cleaned and somehow comes out dirtier than when I got it washed. On top of that they never have microfiber rags to wipe down with so the back of the Jeep is dirty and the rest of the Jeep is clean. Also the tire shine applicators don't do a good job and they stay broken. If you want to get your car cleaned at Zips go to the one on Greenville St. it's much better. read more

Zips destroyed Snappy Car Wash. This place used to be great. I will outline two of my trips to this wash since purchased by Zips. The first time, I ran it through the wash then got out to vacuum, and the left side of my car was still dirty. I talked to an employee who said ~A roller is broken. Back when it was Snappy we would have closed and fixed it immediately, but as long as customers are coming through Zips doesn't care.~ He did refund my money and gave me a pass to go get the best wash package at a different location as condolence. Forgive and move on right? The second time several months later, I let go of the bad experience and decide to buy a monthly pass for a mid-level wash package. I ran my car through the wash and come out looking basically the same as beforehand. One could actually clearly see cat paw prints on my hood for example. Anyways, I shake my head and go to talk to an employee about finishing setting up the monthly pass. He comes with me out to my car to stick the pass on it and literally asked me if I had already gone through the wash. It was that bad. Thinking the pass is for once a day and verbalizing coming back the next day, he corrects me and says with the pass I can go through as much as I want. I cheered up a bit. I ran the car through a second time thinking that'll do it for sure! I get home...I can still see cat paw prints. My final words for Zips in this review is, "Do you even use soap?". read more
