Don't waste your money, nor time! December 28, 2022 was the first sunny day in a long time, so I sat in line like a lot of others for approximately 30 minutes to get my car washed at this business. I was looking for a new location to get my car washed since my beloved Canopy in Greenville went out of business. This place is definitely not worth your time, nor money. I elected for the Ultimate car wash and paid almost $30 for this option. My car was only vacuumed on the driver side floor and the passenger side floor was not even touched. A couple of my tires had tire shine on them and the other couple were not touched. The employees were not friendly, did not seem to care about my business and as mentioned above the cleaning was inconsistent at best. You are actually better off going to one of the new self serve car washes and doing it yourself like I did yesterday. read more

They used to be better. Money doesn't grow on trees, and Perxx isn't cheap. The last couple of times I went there, the vacuuming was lousy and the folks in the front who wipe down the interior and such didn't even open the back of my SUV to clean the back window. I had to remind them. I really don't mind tipping folks in the service industries. I know they work hard, but if you don't do the job, you won't get tips. The tip box for the (usually) gentlemen who vacuum is in the front, so you don't even see the result of their work before you're supposed to tip. Maybe they'll ramp up their quality of work in the future. read more

Glad to have a full service car wash available. They do an excellent job. The only thing I dislike is the caustic smell of whatever they use to clean the interior. I needed to drive with my windows down and spray with air freshener. ... but my car was well cleaned inside and out! read more

They used to be the best in town. The new owners have cut staff and a 3 minute car wash takes abiut 30 minutes. There are several better car washes in own use them unless you have time to waste. read more

They did an amazing job on my car! It was a pretty bad mess because as a mom of two, I practically live in my car between to and from school and taking kids to and from sports games and practices. They made it shine like new, inside and out. And employees were so friendly and professional. They took their time to get it done right but was still in and out rather quickly. Problems under new owner. They want a tip before work is done so no incentive to do good work. Took our SUV there yesterday and paid for Ultimate Wash with tip. The rear hatch area was not even vacuumed. When questioned, employee reckless drove it back around to vacuum and still did a poor job. Inside was not well wiped down either. We will not be back unless we hear there have been major improvements. In the past, Perks was unparalleled- they should change the name unless drastically improved and going back to previous high standards and expectations. read more

We went to this car wash as we have always gone there. Found out they just went under new management Mr. Tyler he just took over. Husband told him it is taking too long for them to pre do things and then have the car wash and then for the folks to dry them. They are taking too long. It worked great before you took over and the other system worked as it was broken. You need to hire my people. They are doing their job, but need more help. The value was not there as it took to long for you to do the wash. read more

Normally this place does a pretty good job. Normally. 24 dollars and the wheels are filthy, like they didn't even touch them. Interior was cleaned good and the painted surface and windows were passable. read more

Awful. They lost one of the plugs for my floor mats which if not installed you see right through to the road. Had to spend 5 minutes using the other plug that wasn't missing explaining it was there even I got here and when I got in after it was cleaned, and I use the word cleaned very loosely, it was missing. But looked for it for maybe 30 seconds and he told me guess I'll just have to buy another one and they'll give me the money for it. Had to beg him to go look with his eyes open this time and it was found. This was like explaining to a 3 year old exactly where something is just to have them not even try and just say they can't find it. Also asked about what I should get for my money and showed him the dirty water in my cup holders that wasn't there when I got there and dirt still all over the place and was told and I quote "Well we're not going to detail it." In between all of this I have to wait for an extra 10 minutes do the two ladies cleaning it can stop to have a personal conversation. Too bad Anderson doesn't have another carwash because it would shut this place down. read more

After having my truck washed while still at the carwash, inside the cab it was noticeably filthy. I grabbed rags and spray bottles and started cleaning it myself. I asked to see the manager and he came over and was very angry and told me to f*** off. I don't even know what I did. Very fast. Lots of Older employees did a great job! I definitely will be back. This is the best my car has been cleaned by a car wash in a while. They do not skip the corners they wiped everything down. I got the most expensive was I think it was $23 read more
