When I got to her I pulled the drink out of my cup holder and there was coffee everywhere, and it was still leaking out of the cup like nobody's business. It is ridiculous that I sat in the Starbucks line for 30 minutes, paid $6 for a coffee and then when I finally get it the cup has a hole in it and leaks everywhere in my car. Absolutely dissatisfied with this experience. I have been to this Starbucks 20 times and had good service but today was one of the worst ways to start my day, especially when the coffee was for someone else.

They have it all, sandwiches, wraps, salads, bagels, cakes, croissants, crepes, cookies, and more. The coffee is also incredibly good. They use Mozza coffee which is out of Spartanburg. The staff is incredibly friendly from the front of house to the back. Service is quick and intentional. It's a beautiful place to sit and eat or to grind out some work. This is by far the best coffee bistro in the Upstate. Skip Starbucks or Dunkin and support local!
