I was staying here for work and we were here for over 3 weeks. So, my review is based on a long term stay. I waited until the last few days of my stay to leave this review. That way, my review wasn't affected by one off days by the employees or slip ups that can happen at off times. Firstly, the hotel is clean and the overall look of the hotel is solid. The gripes that I have are easily fixable, and not too many. Whoever decided the fixtures and shower curtains in my bathroom must have never turned on the shower to make sure that all was good. The curtain was not wide enough and separates from each end about 8 inches and that adds to the next problem. Besides the fact that you have to decide which end will get the most water escaping while showering, the shower head did not spray down into the tub; splashing the back wall, even on it's absolute lowest angle that the shower piping would allow. So, the water always splashed the back wall on the tub's topside. So, being resourceful and always traveling with tools. I changed the head to one that I purchased at a nearby hardware store. That one had a larger range of adjusting, that allowed it to actually aim into the tub, but not as nice or large pattern. With that fixed, I tried the free breakfast buffet as soon as it was opened. Pretty basic stuff, not bad and the hot items vary a little from time to time. Downside; they can't keep up with the guests and their needs. The noticeable response to any inquiry about more hot items, or if something (like coffee) needed refilling, was about how few people are working that day. I have heard that said throughout my over 3 weeks stay to many guests when they spoke to the breakfast area staff. Not a response like, "thank you for letting us know" or " we have some coming right out", but a response as to them being understaffed for the basic needs and upkeep of the breakfast area. I would frown upon actively sharing workforce woes to the guests of the hotel, who don't need to hear that or some who don't care. I just heard the short staffed response when someone pointed out (quite pleasantly) that both of the coffee dispensers were empty. And the guest said, " I just thought that you might like to know that". Now, their breakfast area can be a bit of a madhouse that I have whispered "Nope" and left to have breakfast somewhere else, so I sympathize with the overworked breakfast staff, but a cheerful disposition goes a long way. The hotel was located in a beautiful area outside of the Zion Park and had many amenities that I didn't have the chance to enjoy, so my review is based on the day by day needs and the challenges that I had with them. I would stay at this hotel again, for sure. The issues that I had aren't deal breakers and the front desk staff was great and the hotel felt homely and that's really what matters in a stay; short or long.

The rooms were clean, but the room had a woeful lack of furniture. There was one king bed and no side chairs, with only one table. The room felt large and empty. We ended up moving the dirty and dusty furniture from the balcony inside so that we could put our stuff on it. The continental breakfast was pretty good. They kept running out of hot items, but they were refilled after a pause. I like how they have three waffle machines. They have an unheated pool and a hot tub with a good view of the landscape.

It was very tiring to walk up and down the hill when you're trying to pack your stuff. They did provide convenient carts to make the job easier. The pool was nice after a hot day in Zion NP, and we loved that there were other kids for our son to play with. Cafe was open until 10. The chicken Caesar and grilled cheese we ordered were delicious. Nice lawn with games and fire pits that they light every night at dusk, and really good s'mores!

At that time, it was mainly bungalows, no pool, no yurts, still very early stages. Just came back this week after a 3-night stay with a group--3 families, 6 adults, and 4 kids and it's been really cool to see how much it's evolved. The location is solid, about a 15-20 minute drive to Zion National Park, which made getting in and out super easy. The bungalows are a great size, clean, comfortable, and well put together. Customer service was great the entire stay. One of the highlights was the vibe at night, hanging around the fire pits while the kids made s'mores... just a really good atmosphere overall. They also offered a late checkout option for $50, which extended checkout from 11am to 2pm, super convenient when you're traveling with a group and kids. Only reason I'm not giving it 4 stars is the lack of EV chargers. I've stayed at other spots nearby that offer charging, and it makes a big difference. The closest charger being about 20 minutes away is definitely inconvenient. Outside of that, it was a great stay and we'd come back again.

It's an easy drive but yes a tiny bit bumpy. That only adds to the actual location. We actually really liked its remote nature. It's not in the hustle and bustle of town. Everyone at check in was so so kind. We loved our stay. We stayed in stargazer two and the mesh stargazing area is incredible. We laid out on it at night and could not get over what a cool experience that alone was. Decor is top notch. The privacy of each unit was actually incredibly comfortable. The ac is fantastic. Getting to stargazer 2 was easy but possibly challenging for those with mobility challenges in regards to stairs. The jacuzzi and fire pit were so fun. Oh and the smores kit was such a nice touch as well as the welcome basket. We travel a lot and this place has it dialed in. Truly. Cold waters in the fridge upon arrival - ahhhh. So what would I add - a wellness spa for massages, on site morning yoga, sound bathing, etc.... I might add a very modern pool or one that incorporates nature. Lastly I'd recommend a type of gnat spray provided to guests. At dawn and sunset they are incredibly active. Overall this place is nothing short of incredible and its founders should be very proud of what they have created. The effort in creating Open Sky is very much noticed. Sharing nature in this way is a huge gift and this place is truly something special!

The tents have running hot water but absolutely no electricity, so I was very glad I brought plenty of batteries to charge our devices. Our tent easily slept four with room to spare, and the site felt very private. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even better. For transparency, our two night stay came to just under one thousand dollars. That included room charges, resort fees, lodging tax, and sales tax. For what we received, I thought the pricing was fair. The location is perfect. It is about twenty minutes from Zion, close to two towns for anything you need, and Tesla Superchargers were also about twenty minutes away. My girls loved the s'mores every night, and the midnight stars were unbelievable. It truly felt worth every dollar. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

For a place that markets itself as a premium "glamping" experience, this is completely unacceptable. The inside of the tent was also dusty and did not feel clean or well-maintained at all. Another major issue was the noise. Although the property states quiet hours start at 10 PM, there were multiple vehicles driving through the camp between 11 PM and 1 AM. The noise was loud and constant, which completely ruined the atmosphere and made it hard to sleep. The front desk service was also not helpful when we raised concerns. Overall, the experience felt very different from what is advertised in the photos. For this price point, the quality, cleanliness, and service were far below expectations. Definitely not worth it.

Despite minor issues, the hospitality, amenities, and overall comfort made this a place we would definitely stay at again the next time we're in Zion.
