You order by standing in line & they place your food into a styrofoam box & you can eat it there or take it home. I opted to take mine to go. I waited in line for about ten minutes which I hear is good for this place. I honestly did not know what I was going to order until I saw the fresh fried pork chops come out (please see my picture). Not only did they look fresh, but they were big, crispy & well seasoned. The meat only option included two and the price was more than right. Constant quality checks like that show they take their product seriously and do not rely only on a timer to tell them when it is done. All the chicken was crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. While moist, the meat was not dripping with juices that ran down your arm or left a puddle on your plate. All the flavor was locked into the chicken. The baked beans were good, maybe nothing special but certainly a good accompaniment to the chicken. The slaw was also decent. The mac and cheese was good as well. One note of caution. The chicken seasoning is spicy. If you are used to large chain spicy versions, this is more than that. The flavor is great but the spiciness will get your attention. As long as you are aware of that, you will very much enjoy this chicken.
