Zingster's is one of my go-to spots. The Zing Two has been consistently so good every time flavorful, juicy, and always hits the spot. Their slaw is honestly one of a kind, and I don't even usually care about slaw like that, but theirs is something special. The staff is always friendly, which makes the experience even better. And what I really love is that Zingster's isn't just another Nashville hot chicken place trying to copy the rest it has its own unique flavor, and that's what makes it stand out. Smash burgers are simple yet hard to come by in this area it seems so I was eager to try Zingster's, not to mention they are open late-another rare commodity. It's in a great area and the staff is very polite. We noticed the burgers came with coleslaw after we ordered, which we were skeptical about so we asked them to do no coleslaw if it wasn't too late. There was a miscommunication and the staff was very apologetic and insisted we let them remake it but it wasn't too big of a deal for us so we took it as is, even though they were very kind and reassuring it wouldn't be an issue. The coleslaw ended up pairing well with the burger which was very juicy and fulfilled my burger craving but my favorite was probably the sliders! The chicken was very fresh and we had got medium heat so it was just the right amount of spice. Not to mention Zingster's is halal which is also a great plus as there's not very many "fast food" halal options. First time, fried chicken sandwich was fire 5/5! Second time, ordered fries and they were drenched with oil and no container for to go just straight in a brown bag like 5 Guys (unfortunate). Hopefully, they improve. Will revisit and try other items. Last thing, my suggestion is to apply tint on their glass windows as the sun is VERY bright and it would elevate the place and help out patrons (even lowest tint point will make a massive difference; e.g, 70%). Went here a couple times was excited about it being a halal food spot but now they hired a bunch of young guys who are rude. I believe he is the supervisor the guy with the fake Burberry shirt stuff. I ordered a triple burger several times with the combo deal and they usually upcharge me $1 per patty but an employee charged me $2 per patty on 2/25. I mentioned this and the supervisor lied to me and said they have always been $2 per patty which simply isn't true I used to go here once a week. Also, when I took my to go order they ended up only giving me a single extra patty after charging me $4 dollars for 2 pattys!!! I know I was charged for 2 because I mentioned it shouldn't be $4. I called and they said a manager would call me today and issue a refund and they never called. As a Muslim I was excited about this place but now not so much, I feel taken advantage of at this point and a meal after my fast was ruined for me during Ramadan I workout a lot and need the extra protein and they failed that after over charging me and I was sadly still hungry after they messed up my over charged order. I was literally the only customer in the store and they still managed to overcharge me and lie directly in my face about the price always being $2 per patty when I have a clear memory of it being $1 because I mentioned it to my mother on how it was a fair price when I would go with her prior to this visit. I hope the owner sees this as this place was literally my favorite spot but the service is horrible now so I'm going to search for a new halal spot, such a disappointment. read more

Tried Zingsters for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the chicken sandwich -- super fresh, flavorful, and really filling. You can tell the ingredients are good quality. The chicken tender on the side, though, could use a little work -- it was a bit rubbery in texture, which threw it off a bit. Now the real star of the show... the mochi waffle Absolutely amazing. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside -- easily one of the best desserts I've had in a while. I'd go back just for that alone. Not just another chicken place. Service is a little slow, but better that than knowing a quick turnaround meant food sitting under a heat lamp. The chicken and burgers are bomb. Was my first time trying Zingster's today. The restaurant was very clean, as well as the bathroom kept up and stocked. Nice theme and decorative. The cashier at the front was super cool and helpful. He made sure we were taken care of and offered extra sauces etc... (most places try to charge you for that) I got the combo that included the chicken sandwich and smash burger. They were both fresh and balanced. Not too salty like other comparable spots. I do think they can improve on their bread they used for the chicken sandwich. But I give the sandwich a 7.8/10 and smash burger a 7/10. Overall I give this spot 5 stars total because of the customer service. read more

I've been here twice already after my stop at Qamaria, and the food has been fresh and well-made each time.
